+ -1 moreTerrible. Poor customer service on the phone. Man named Sean showed up and was not familiar with how to re-assemble the lock. Eventually was able to do it, but kept increasing the price it would cost to replace it. In end, only paid to have lock re-assembled. Asked for cash or check made out to cash, did not seem legitimate.
Description of Work: Locksmith was called in to re-assemble door lock that had broken (screws fell out and spring popped out).

+ -1 moreI AM HAPPY WITH HOW SMOOTHLY THE NEW LOCK ON THE GARAGE DOOR WORKS. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE PROMPT RESPONSE TO MY CALL AND THEY HAD THE LOCK REPLACED IN NO TIME.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED THE LOCK ON MY GARAGE DOOR TO INCREASE SECURITY.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK WAS DONE IN A SKILLED MANNER. THE WORKER WAS EXPERIENCED AND KNEW EXACTLY WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE DOOR WORKS GREAT NOW AND OPENS SMOOTHLY.
Description of Work: THE GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT MOVE. THE DOOR LOCK WAS REPAIRED WITH A NEW LOCK AND THE DOOR WAS LEVELED.
