After being recommended by my GC, this contractor (with a full week's notice) failed to show up to provide an estimate for a residential concrete floor polishing job, nor did he make any attempt to cancel or reschedule in advance. Voicemail was full and no text contact even though he was told I was taking the day off work to meet (and had agreed to meet on this date). It's clear that Paul has no interest in residential jobs. This is fine, but I would have appreciated him telling me this up front so I could find someone else and not waste my time and valuable day off.
Description of Work: Failed to show up on agreed date without any contact (voicemail full, did not respond to texts).

I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK THAT HUDSON CONCRETE PERFORMED. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB ON MY DRIVEWAY AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
Description of Work: HAD CONCRETE POURED IN THE DRIVEWAY AND THE SIDEWALK.

THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL AND THE GARAGE FLOOR LOOKS GREAT. THE GUYS WERE ON TIME AND FINISHED THE GARAGE IN A TIMELY MANNER. I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN SATISFIED.
