The owner Thiago, who oversees the project, was a pleasure to work with -- never used any pressure tactics, was very responsive to any questions, and gave a fair price. The two craftsmen who did the work were amazing! They arrived promptly every day, worked extremely hard, and did absolutely beautiful work. "Mik charged me $1,500 and ultimately replaced only 8 bricks, though there were many more I had wanted replaced (I had said replace "broken bricks" but he argued he hadn't seen them when estimating). He didn't bring the requested mortar and silicone color. He threatened to leave if I didn't like it. No repointing as requested in agreement. He failed to show on the first scheduled workday. The workers failed to protect my floor, and when Mik finally arrived after they dragged the rig through my home, they put paper down on my parquet with duck tape that pulled off the finish. I chose Milestone based on all these glowing reviews. No sir!"
