+ -1 moreMore than a month after the order was placed, and after several follow up calls and emails, they sent the wrong model. It is not compatible with the system in the high rise building. We asked for an exchange. They refused. Instead, they told the property manager to add a valve to seal off a pipe so it won’t flood my apartment.
