Ms. Montgomery was thorough, thoughtful, and honest about her findings. Her appraisal was of our late uncle's house which was in a unpleasant state when she visited. She was honest about both its shortcomings and its potential. Additionally, her report was far more indepth than we expected. Losing our uncle was difficult for us, but working with Ms. Montgomery lessened the burden of our ordeal.
