Description of Work: HKH managed my basement project in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. They provided the following * Demolition of the existing concrete. * Remove and cart debris * Install drainage and pump system * Install new concrete floor (and we received an extra 4 inches in ceiling height) * Installed new staircase and handrail
