+ -1 moreZach came within the hour...it was an emergency...My garage door was off. It was an extremely hot, humid day. He did a great job and gave me his card ,guaranteeing me if I had a problem, that he would come back

He told the person he scheduled with that there would be no cost to the estimate, however, when speaking with the person on premise during his visit, he had charged a service fee for coming out. In addition, he did not state that he was performing work, he just initiated repairs without confirming a price. Although he was courteous and did successfully repair the garage door opener, his lack of transparency and communication was unprofessional.
