dumpster service
+ -1 moreI called WNY Dumpster to have a dumpster delivered after we did some demolition work in our living room. Initially I was very pleased with my dealings with this company. I called to get a 15yd dumpster, they were out of 15yd but agreed to deliver a 20yd dumpster and only charge me the price for the 15yd. I was pleased and agreed to have them deliver the dumpster the next day. While delivering the dumpster, the truck backed off the edge of the driveway and broke off a fairly decent size piece of concrete. I contacted the company and they told me on September 5th that they were sorry this happened and they were going to send someone out to fix the driveway. I was very happy about this and was ready to sing their praises. As it turns out however, my faith and optimism were misplaced. It is now 20 days after they initially contacted me and not only is my driveway not fixed as I was told it would be, but now I can't even get a response from the company.
