Traba Homes put up a PennWest modular home for us in Orchard Park in 2012. We love the modular home, however, the finishing work done by Traba left much to be desired. The crews contracted by Traba were at times incompetent. Much had to be redone. Work often took longer than promised. Little to no oversight of the crews' work by Traba unless we complained. Some features like upstairs heating were not as promised and we were not informed of changes until after the home was placed. Because of delays we spent three weeks living in motels with all of our possessions in storage. To their favor when we compalined about the added expenses due to the delays, Trabs did agree to reimburse us about one-half of the documented expenses. We can highly recommend PennWest homes but be careful if you are asking Traba to do more than put up the home on the site.
Description of Work: Traba Homes sold us a PennWest modular cape cod style home to be sited in Orchard Park. In addition to siting the home we contracted with Traba to do finishing work such as building two bedrooms and a bath in the upstairs, installing a driveway, patio and walkway.

Traba Homes just finished work three days ago. My experience with them is nothing short of absolute nightmare. You have no idea how horrific it was. I would never have anybody use them. Traba Homes build modular homes, but they get the homes from Pennwest, and then Traba is the franchise you deal with. And everything from Pennwest was wonderful, but once Pennwest place the home then Traba takes over. Traba Homes work has been horrible, it takes them five or six times to complete one thing. They don't return phone calls, they blow you off for months. They were just here two weeks ago working on our sunk pump, within days our entire basement flooded, I literally cried, and they told me that they won't be my whipping boy. We're out tens of thousands of dollars, and we tried to make phone calls that they will not return and they tell us that they're not liable for it. I could literally go on for hours. I hope you'll run don't walk from these people. Building a home is suppose to be an exciting thing and it's been nothing less than a nightmare.
