Very poor customer service. Doesn't come or return calls when they said they would. Very poor attention to details and finish work. Still waiting for proper finish work two months and several calls later.

They arrived on time and provided an estimate for the work we needed to have done. In addition to providing the estimate, they explained very thoroughly the system they were going to install and how it worked. They explained everything in laymans terms and we were able to visualize what the end product would look like inside and outside our home. We thought the estimate was very reasonable and agreed to have them perform the work. They arrived to do the job on time and were very professional. Once done, they showed me how the system would work should we lose power. They did have to come back the next day to complete the outside work and apologized for the inconvenience. I would not hesitate in hiring this company to provideany of your plumbing needs. We have already recommended them to our neighbors!

He's excellent. You might have to wait for an appointment but in an emergency he can make it. He's knowledgeable and pleasant.

This guy is a master plumber. He is a young guy and he is excellent. He is really good and I am very happy with him. He is the only person I have used for the last three years. His pricing system is also really good as well. I am very satisfied with the services I have received from Towlson.
