Worst carpet installation experience ever. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. 3 carpet installers arrived at my door, when I opened it they had opened the storm door and were just inches from my face. They were not wearing masks as per NYS Covid-19 business compliance executive orders. They continued into my home with no regard for the safety of my family and when asked about compliance, they informed me that they were not required by their employer, Carpet Collection, to health screen or wear any PPE. They began the installation by attempting to tie my living room drapes in knots, at which time I stopped them and took my drapes down. They used my bathroom multiple times, leaving a mess and URINE ON MY BATHROOM FLOOR! Once the carpet was in place they proceeded to walk in and out of my home with their shoes on, all over the brand new carpet. They did not clean up the mess after installation, leaving behind loose staples, various nails and cut carpet debris all over my home. They stated they were done and were leaving, When I asked them to clean up their mess they told me no, "That's all you." While cleaning up after this horrible installation team, I found 4 nails, sticking up in the middle of my upstairs hallway in the new carpet. These nails were not driven into the floor, rather they were left at carpet height, sticking up roughly 1 inch. This was an incredibly dangerous thing to find and done purposely and maliciously to injure my family. The owners of the store, Gary Case and his son, Ben, refused to give me any information on the 3 men they sent to my home, as I would like to file criminal charges. They confirmed via email that they are not following Covid-19 compliance. They also stated that they were personally and professionally embarrassed by the way their crew left my home. However, they offered no compensation for any of these enormous problems. I have filed complaints with the New York State Department of Health and with the Better Business Bureau.

Great! The installer did a great job installing the kitchen floor. Prices were reasonable and staff at the store were helpful as well.

They have a lot of good stuff. I wouldn't use them again for my kitchen. We're thinking of doing a kitchen, but I don't know if I would use them again.

Great job! Would definitely return to this business for future projects. We were pleased before, during and upon completion of install. My questions were answered promptly and the installer made sure before he started that he was putting the tile in according to how we wanted in laid. Between agreeing to have the job done and time of installation, the price of the tile dropped and this savings was passed on to us. Appreciate the honesty!

They did very well. I am very pleased with them. Quality is fine, I am very pleased. I use them all the time. They call me right back, no problem at all. For punctuality, they are on time absolutely or sometimes early. They are reliable, they are very friendly and very professional. They are cost effective, their prices is right in line. They are not expensive and they are not cheap. There is cost benefit for what we buy. I have been using them for about 10 years or maybe longer.

It was great. I would give them an A that is why we keep using them. Their carpets were good quality for what we paid. It was installed quickly and without any problems.

Service man showed up on time and was very professional. We pointed out a few areas that needed extra attention and he was very accommodating in pre-treating these areas. As a goodwill gesture, he even offered to clean the tile floor in our mud room an no extra charge. Overall, the experience was easy and the quality of the service was very good. I would use this provider in the future.

The service worked out pretty good. They did a good job except when he was filling his bucket in the bathtub. We have a diverter valve and he turned it too far and stripped it. I was not too happy about that. I do not think he quite knew how to use that and did not ask. Other than that, the floor looks great.

They've been wonderful. We've used them on multiple occasions. We built a new house and needed new flooring for the entire house. We purchased the supplies and installed it ourselves. We did have some carpet installed and some bound. But it was included in the total price. We've looked around and they've been very reasonable compared to others in the area. I can't complain. Customer service is good and the turn around time is really quick. They are phenomenal.

The sales people in the showroom were very helpful with choosing a tile. While I was looking the sales girl sorted thru other displays looking for tiles I might be interested in. I do believe I chose a tile picked by her. It goes perfectly with the wall tile. Two men did the installation. They removed the toilet and laid the tile the first day and grouted and put back the toilet the next. They cleaned up after themselves well. There were no issues at all. Everything went smoothly.

They were very polite and prompt on the phone. Service was scheduled quickly and they showed up when they said they would. The rooms had carpeting that had been abused and neglected for years. They got up more stains than I ever thought possible! The floors look and smell wonderful. The time and effort it would have taken me would not have been half as good as what they did! I have already moved out and just left a check. He could have easily taken the money and done a bad job but he was wonderful when I showed up! I think selling my house will be so much easier thanks to them!

They did a super job! They were on target with the price and did a good job installing. They showed us a variety of textures and fabrics and we chose something in the mid-end range. We wanted something more durable because it is a high traffic area, but I still found them to be reasonable! It was $5-something per square foot.

It's been excellent! They provided everything that we're ordered. We ordered the tile, and they said it'd take 2 weeks. It came in a little early, and in the interrim, we realized we needed to order something additional. That extra part came in at the same time as the tile and we were very happy about that.

They were on time and on budget. I have no issues with them whatsoever. They finished the whole job in one day.
