+ -1 moreOur repair appt. was postponed day after day because (we believe) we asked that the call not be an “overtime “ call. Called last Friday, appt for Monday, then moved to maybe Tuesday or Wednesday, now our possible call is scheduled for next Friday. At this point, phone calls are not being returned and even the lady in the office was rude. Beware Lockport and local friends! Absolutely not a company that can be counted on.
