My experience with them went excellent. The real estate agent was outstanding and she offered excellent advice. She marketed the house exactly the way it needs to be marketed and it sold within a week.

Kathy Crissy was recommended to me by a co-worker, who was also in the real estate business, because I was looking to buy a house in the Pendleton/Cambria/Lockport area. Kathy was very knowledgeable and was even very helpful when we shifted our attention to Kenmore/Tonawanda, after we realized that the rural thing wasn't going to work for us, for the time being at least. Turns out Kathy knows a lot about Ken-Ton because she grew up there.
