Description of Work: I had 22 doors ordered last year for cabinets nothing special, so after I ordered them i was told about 4 weeks no big deal i expected to wait so after a month goes by i go to the store and found out that they were not even ordered yet oh yea I had to leave a deposit just to order them the owner said they were very busy and would take a little more time ok no problem I said so when all is said and done it took 6 months to get the doors with me calling them other wise I never would have heard from them, so now maybe 2 months later after all the doors are installed I notice a couple of doors are starting to warp the next day I noticed the the jambs on a couple of doors are starting to crack along with the center panels shifting showing all the unfinished wood so I go to Millwork 2000 with this problem they said they had to reach out to the manufacture and get a response from them on who was going to pay for this the owner said no problem he could fix them right away while they were figuring out who is paying so I take the cracked doors in expecting them back in about a week "nope" I returned with some of the doors with the shifted panels and the cracked doors were exactly were I set them down untouched and I still have more to be reworked, I'm going on the third week now with no satisfaction with these issues I'll keep posting for those of you who are looking for cabinets to be made and where not to go...

Description of Work: Kitchen cabinets were cracked,warped, longer door to matching on cabinet, countertop overhang was not the same in whole kitchen,no cabinet spacers put in, He admitted to mistake but walked out on us. We bought hickory cabinets and Dan the owner admitted that they were cheap after they were installed. Told us the first time he came to our house" you have more than I do", . We have texts that says he was going to make everything right. It's been over a month, no word from him. We are converting our house to a log cabin and this was our dream, now our kitchen is messed up.

+ -1 more,We were very impressed and extremely pleased with all phases of the work done for us by Millwork 2000. We worked with Scott as our designer, and were pleased with all phases of the design, delivery and installation. He helped us with an installer who was absolutely the best. They both made sure everything was right down to the last little detail. You can't go wrong with this business.
Description of Work: designed the layout and provided new kitchen cupboards
