Heritage Tree Care Inc

We needed a 18 ft. pine tree replaced that was hit by a motor-scooter, so I called Heritage to get an estimate for the insurance co. I called them on three occasions and each time, no one answered the phone. I finally gave up and left a message. It took them over a week to return my call, then an additional week or so to come look at the tree. He called to say he was on my road and could he stop to do the estimate. When I said yes, he mentioned something about a deductible which I assumed had something to do with the insurance. When the estimate was finished, he told me it wasn't free and I owed them $100. Evidently, that is what he calls "the deductible." Needless to say, I told him I didn't want him to do the work. I found him to be very condescending and rude!

They were very good. They were quick and cleaned everything up. They did a nice job.
