Jay did a really great job of keeping in contact with us to let us know when he planned to come by to do work (and there was a lot to done), and he was always prompt. The quality of work was outstanding and the pricing was fair. Jay was friendly and courteous, and very transparent about pricing as well as any issues that arose while the work was being done. I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

+ -1 moreI am beyond impressed by the service and craftsmanship. The consultation was done in the evening and set up by the owner, Jay. He moved a variety of sampled light fixtures around to show how they would be placed... we could literally see what we were getting! We were sold!! The crew showed up on time and prepared! Jay came back that evening to adjust the lighting to perfection. I never realized how beautiful my landscape was when sitting on my back porch at night until I got rid of the solar lights for the real deal! I highly recommend Fabian Electric and landscape lighting!

+ -1 moreResolved in court-paid what I thought was resonable all along which was half of what he charged.
Description of Work: Fabian Electric quoted a price of $45 per hour to repair lanscape lights and replace bulbs. He estimated $350 total. He brought a "friend" with him and he charged me double labor ($45 an hour times 2 people) which was never agreed to. He double, triple and quadruple charged for parts. He padded the hours and ultimately pesented a bill for $1552.00! I was floored. I fet very taken advantage of and ultimaley it was resolved in court. I do not recommend this Company. I believe he thought he could take advantage of me as a single female because I wouldnt know any better.
