Jesse did a great job! He was prompt, professional and diagnosed the problem right away. He stayed true to his estimate and got the job done quickly and efficiently. He was very friendly- good around my two young kids and small dog. I would highly recommend him and won't hesitate to use his services again as needed in the future!

Mr. Jesse installed my garage door opener a few years ago. He was recommended by a friend because of the satisfying work he did for that perso. The spring in the garage door suddenly broke. I called Mr. Jesse and he gave me an appointment for the next day. He came promptly on time and explained what was going on with the spring and said that he can fix it right away. His price was fair and the work was done in a very efficient manner. He also installed security line to prevent the spring from falling again. I will use him again and will recommend him to anyone who is looking for garage door services.

We bought a 1920s bungalow over the summer, and the home inspector called the garage door to our attention, pointing out that one of the corner of the door was coming apart, that the joints had some dry rot, and suggesting that we may need to replace the door in one to two years. Within a few months, the corner was failing. We called Door Solutions to look at options. Jesse came over the next day, and said that he could make some repairs, bracing both corners and shoring up the bottom panel, and also suggested that he could install a gasket to slow down for at the bottom of the door. Alternatively, he said he could install an insulated door, and gave us a very reasonable quote. Even at that price we couldn't manage that outlay, and asked Jesse if he could repair the door. He stopped over and in a few hours not only squared up the door, but found several places where bolts were missing or loose, fixing those, and then lubricated the drive chain and rails. This is the kind of service you just can't find anymore. He did a great job for a fair price. I expect I will get a few more years out of my door now, but he has earned my trust, and when I need that new door, I'll be calling Jesse.

. Assessed the condition of the garage door, made a few adjustments necessary, therefore unnecessary "fluff"/expense was avoided. Was honest, forthright, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Prompt service....felt that honest business-man approach. His winsome personality made you feel he was right for the job. Jesse and his helper did a great job on installing a new side mount garage door opener for me. I originally ordered an overhead mount but did not realize that my garage door was a 7 footer not a 6 footer and also there was not any electrical service overhead. Jesse recommended the side mount (a bit more money) and I am glad he did as it is really quiet and smooth - no chains to worry about. Overall a very good company and I am planning to call them whenever we need service again.

I called him on 3/20/14 and set up an appointment for the 21st. He was prompt, friendly and very professional. Jessie completed the job in the time he said he would. He also greased and adjusted both doors. Both my wife and I could tell they ran smoother and quieter than before. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I already knew my choices, and what other companies would charge me to install them. Jesse came over and was able to install it for much less than the other companies, and didn't mind me getting the equipment from the hardware store because it was on sale. He even waited while I went and bought it. It only took about 45 minutes, and I was very satisfied.
