I contacted Concrete Care this past fall to replace three cracked sidewalk panels on my property. The contractor, Mike, came with his wife Jen, jack hammered the concrete and hauled it away. He promised to come back on a Friday and pour the new concrete. Friday came and went and he didn’t show up. After I called and texted him several times he finally came and finished the job. As soon as he was done, he bombarded me with texts, calls and emails wanting his money. He was slow to complete the work, but very quick to insist on being paid. He told me to not drive or walk on the concrete for at least a week. After a week, the concrete started to settle, and I noticed a gap on the edge of the sidewalk that was big enough for pedestrians to trip over. The finished job also looked very sloppy with visible trowel marks. I emailed Mike and Jen answered. She told me Mike had gotten COVID-19 and he couldn’t get to the job right away. We agreed to wait until the spring and she assured me I would be their first priority come spring and they’d make this right. Over the winter the concrete also began crumbling. I followed up with Mike and Jen several times and never received a response. Based on the quality of the work and the lack of follow through and communication, I wouldn’t hire this contractor again.

Mike provides service that does not compare with what he states that he will provide. Clearly Mike wanted to have us pay for the additional coloring of the concrete which was a complete failure. The concrete color is different is several areas of the stamped patio. Mike offered to refund the what he was paid if we were not satisfied. I have reached out on numerous occasions seeking the refund that he promised and he will not return a text or call. I am now moving to legal action.

Concrete Care was awesome! Very easy to work with, reasonably priced and did great job on the patio. Would definitely use them again in the future.

It went well. They were very punctual. When they said they would be there, they were there. They showed up. They did everything they said they would do.

Mike and his crew did a fantastic job...our front porch is forty years old and looks as new...the sheen and finish on our back patio makes remember when first had poured....five stars for these guys...

The work done at my house was excellent quality. I have had my stamped concrete patio sealed before, Concrete Care touched up the color and resealed it and the patio literally looked brand new. In addition, they fixed, cleaned, and sealed my brick walkway. Based on the work done at my house I have already started recommending Concrete Care to my friends and family.
