+ -1 moreI purchased a new home. After we closed and I used the shower I noticed the venting was not properly working to vent the bathroom shower steam. The original vent was in a separate area where the toilet was and didn't pull the moisture from the shower properly from there. I contacted the builder. After discussion with the builder he agreed to split the cost of putting additional venting in my bathroom to remedy the problem. I agreed to pay the electrician and they agreed to hire someone to run the vent outside and pay for that portion. Anzalone came in my home, quickly identified the issue of where a fan needed to be and installed the fan and did the electrical work. They were fast on time and neat.
