Excellent. My brand of stove was not one normally serviced by this company but after a few minutes the technician located the problem. Very prompt and very clean. The tech wore booties and spread dropcloths to avoid any mess. He even put on gloves to avoid prints all over the paint. Price was very reasonable.

They did an exceptional job, always courteous and never charged additional money. My electric one had a faulty wiring and they came back over a period of 2 yrs to correct the issue. I would give them an A+. Each time i called to explain what was going on they came out within 24 hrs. Very punctual.

After initial contact at the store, Noah came to our home to measure and determine if the unit we selected would be suitable for our space. Once confirmed, he sent us an estimate the following day and we set an appointment for the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. It was determined that the new unit would need to be customized because of the location of the and quot;holeand quot; it would have to fit into. Our selection was an ultra modern stainless steel fronted fireplace with multiple gas flames and blue glass beads (instead of fake logs). Noah arranged to have a custom stainless steel strip fabricated to match the unit for a perfect seamless fit. We also ordered a simple on/off remote control. Ray, the installer, and his helper arrived right on time and were very professional. They really knew what they were doing and they got right to work. It took most of the day because they had to install it from outside the house (more customization), but, they stuck with it until the job was complete. They returned 2 weeks later, as promised, to install the specially fabricated stainless steel strip. We knew it would be done this way in advance, since the exact measurement for the strip could not be attained until the unit was installed. After living with the new fireplace for a couple weeks, we decided we should have ordered the multi-function remote so we could control the flame height and width, and to turn on/off the integrated LED lighting. I gave Noah a call to see if we could order the other remote. and quot;No problemand quot;, he said, and the installers brought the new control along with the fabricated strip. Little did I know of the extra work his men would have to do because of that. They literally had to take the unit apart to install a different and quot;receiverand quot; for the new remote, then put it all back together again. This they did very cheerfully and quickly. I found them to be very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. Everyone who saw our new fireplace during the holidays was impressed and wanted to know how it was done, by whom, what it cost and were we satisfied. We gave them the highest recommendation. They were wonderful to work with and Noah kept in touch with us throughout the entire process. He even came out to and quot;inspectand quot; after the work was done and to find out if we were happy with the company and their performance. We would recommend them without hesitation!
