The ladies were very polite, friendly & professional, but not thorough! Mirrors and glass tops not done properly. The bathroom, which I stressed needed time & elbow grease, was only wiped down ,at best. They seemed to rush, as it got later, as they had another job to get to. There was a dustcloth left on my bookshelves in the study, with all of the decor misplaced,as if they were called out, and never got backt o it. The price was expensive and the result was less that average. They gave me a $25 discount, because it was my first time. I would have rather had the service!

I think there were too many 'maids' in my home at one time as something was broken at the end of almost *every visit* they made! One day a clock was knocked off the wall, the next time 2 glass figurines broken. Another time ceramic soap dishes broken. Then the fully functional stairway baby gate was left leaning against the wall; the actual hinges were broken because they claimed a vacuum cord got tangled... I had to wonder why they didn't just unplug the vacuum!? The broken gate convinced me to terminate their services.

The maids did a reasonable job with the cleaning but many of my household items were broken along the way, over the course of a year that I had hired them. The 'crew' of 4 or 5 people that came each time was perhaps too large for my small home? Very careless if you ask me. One day it was ceramic soap dish on the bathroom counter that was broken; the next time my living room clock would be on the table with a note saying they knocked it off the wall and could not find the nail. Figurines from my entertainment center were broken and parts accidentally vacuumed up by someone else. The finale was when I found my wooden baby gate broken off at the hinges, leaning against the wall with a note attached. Let me explain that this gate is a secure, permanently installed gate at the top of a staircase. The note said someone got their vacuum electric cord tangled in the gate and the gate broke. That employee must have used some pretty excessive force as the plastic hinge unit was broken right out of the wall! At that point, i dismissed them. They did take responsibility for the damages and did pay for replacement hinges on my gate but I would not recommend the company.

The three maids that came did a very good job overall. There were minor areas that could have been done a tiny bit better, like a little cobweb left at the baseboard in the kitchen, and one bathroom sink could have been polished a little more. The supervisor came after they were there for 2 hours to inspect. I had to leave before they were done, but it probably took them a little over 3 hours. Wish I could have been there when they finished. The only thing is the price that made it a little difficult to be completely happy. I wish it could have been a little lower, but it is probably the typical rate.

A friendly team of four or five young ladies go about their business quietly and professionally. listening if you have suggestions, asking if they need information . They are well organized, very professional, bring their own equipment, and work very efficiently

It all went very well, but their hours did not coincide with mine. I have to leave for work by 8am and the earliest they can arrive was 9am, so I will not be able to utilize them again.

I use this service monthly, and it is a total house cleaning. They do a spectacular job! The same crew comes just about each time, there is a team leader and workers who specialize in specific areas (i.e. bathroom, kitchen, etc). I have used another service in the past which was a little cheaper but the quality of the work didn't compare. I enjoy working with all facets of this company, from the schedulers to the house cleaners.......all are top notch in their fields. It sure is a pleasure to know I don't have to be concerned with a deep detailed house cleaning each month!

They are dependable and efficient. They are very nice to deal with. Usually come with a crew of three or four and they bring their own equipment.

This was the first time I tried a maid service. The Maids cleaned my home for about 3 months. In the beginning everything looks good but as the weeks go on, it becomes more and more obvious that they are just skimming the surface. I had to warn them not to use wet rags on my paintings. I found they were sliding lamps across my black furniture and scratching it. Eventually I noticed streaks on everything because they just wipe things down quickly, not clean them. Screw covers on the railings were busted loose. My Macbook Pro laptop was dropped and the screen busted ($1300 repair). Had to tell them not to mess up my blinds when they were cleaning them. My wife was home one time and noticed that they skipped parts of the kitchen floor. Always seems like I had to point out things they missed. That is just the bigger things I can recall of the top of my head. I tipped these ladies every week as well figuring they would go the extra mile. I believe the problem was that my home was new, which is why I hired maids; to keep it looking new but I think that less effort was put into the home because of this. 4 ladies would come every 2 weeks and 2-3 were always the same and were very nice ladies, so I feel bad about this review and cancelling the service, but they were just not very thorough.
