Description of Work: I paid $299 for "up to four visits, totaling 16 labor-hours." Nellinda and her 3-person crew came to my home twice. The first time, they were here for 2 hours (8 labor hours) & things went well enough (the floors looked great), although there was too much use of strong smelling products for my taste. I mentioned this at the beginning of the second visit, which seemed fine-- but they started to leave after 45 minutes (3 labor hours) with dust still on the venetian blinds, cobwebs still visible in several places, and waste-baskets still full. They took another 15 minutes and remedied these problems after I pointed them out (1 labor hour). But when I told Nellinda that she still owed me 4 labor hours & I would call her to schedule that visit, she did not respond-- and then they left. |Scheduling was a bit of an issue, and there were a couple of other communication issues as well, all centering around what I paid for (as described by Angie's LIst) & what Nellinda seemed to think the deal was. It was an unfortunate experience. |

+ -1 moreThere were no trouble with scheduling and they were willing to text for scheduling. They came out twice through the deal and were punctual each time. I had expected more time through the deal. She explained that because there were four people, it equaled to be more man hours and came up to sixteen hours. Anita was the main woman who seemed to lead the crew and interacted well with me. She and her crew were all very nice. They provided all of their own supplies and it worked out well. I had a good experience with them.

Description of Work: Paid 299.00. Tried to schedule. I was told the only time they had the week I wanted was Wed. afternoon. Made all of my plans around this. They were supposed to call the day before to confirm. Never called. I called after4 and they didn't answer but called back more than an hour later and said the only time they now had was between 10 and 10:30. OK. Cancelled all of my plans and appointments. Waited until 11 and then called them and asked to call back as soon as possible. They did not call. Called Angie's list after noon to get my money back and left to get something done so my day wasn't wasted. They called in the afternoon saying they could not find my phone number. Now it is too late to schedule another company before I have surgery. I am obviously very unhappy and give the company and F in every category. Angie's List people were very nice and easy to deal with.

+ -1 moreWe rented out our house and need a professional cleaner to clean our oven. Most of the cleaners we contacted, were not available until a week out. We contacted Superior Maids and spoke with Anita. She offered to perform the service the next day. Even though they arrived later than they were scheduled for, I do not penalize them for it because they were the only ones that fit us in that quickly. They charged us for one hour so they were also able to clean the bathrooms. Our tenants seem satisfied with the job, so that would mean to us that they did a good job.

+ -1 moreIt turned out good with Superior Maids Service. They're fast and efficient. I know that was a special price for the deal but that was good. I know they are more expensive without the deal. I will probably use them again.

+ -1 moreCommunication was excellent and they were responsive to my date change.. They did an efficient job doing all things that were specifically requested by me including but not limited to dusting and polishing of all furniture, detailed cleaning of kitchen, appliances, cabinets, cleaning of kick-knack shelves, baseboards, window sills, and plant room.. They were not hired to wash floors or bathrooms but I assume they would be just as efficient and detailed in these areas. I would hire again.

+ -1 moreWe did not think that the job was exceptionally well done but the important thing was that it did get done. My parents felt the staff was pleasant but that they could have done a more thorough job.

+ -1 moreThey come when I am not home, so I trust them. They do a good job at cleaning. There are little touches like bringing in my trash cans. All though the company has changed hands a few times, the employees have remained the same. The employees have been there a long time.
