Victor gave us an acceptable quote and stuck to it. He started when he said he would and was there everyday thereafter until the job was finished. He is polite, friendly and professional. All rugs and floors were protected. The workmanship was very good. He also assisted with the materials supplier. The bathroom looks great.

Victor completed my job in February, 2014 as promised -- and, I must say that I am 100% satisfied with his work. Victor is a talented, dedicated craftsman -- who pays attention to detail -- and knows how to solve the many problems that are confronted while making bathroom renovations. He takes his time -- and does high quality work -- using high quality materials -- and, he does this all at a competitive price. If you are considering having any bathroom renovations done at your house -- then you owe it to yourself to at least contact Victor -- and give him an opportunity to bid on your job. I honestly believe that he will impress you as much as he impressed me.

He seemed very professional, helpfull and knowlegeable and had some good ideas. We are going to have him come back again as we now have a much better idea of what we want done.

I asked him to come an estimate a job. Which he did. Gave me a quote. I started the process of selecting tile and bath room accessories. I called him on August 30 2012 to give me an approximate start date. He hemmed and hawed and said he would call me back on September 7th. I still have not received a call back as of October 17th. I cannot do business with a person who does business like this.

This company's response was prompt, professional and within the budget we had planned. Other financial constraints arose which have caused us to postpone having the work done. Should we proceed with the project, Procopio will be one of the contractors we will consider for the work.

Working with Victor was a real pleasure. As the project progressed there were some "surprises" that Victor was able to remedy without causing major project delays. For example, after opening up the plaster walls, Victor found that both the outside wall studs and the "wet wall" studs at the front of the tub were rotted from water damage and needed to be replaced. Victor rebuilt both walls and insulated the outside wall as well. For all the trouble created by the damaged wall studs, it caused only about a one (1) day delay in the project's completion.New Kohler tub provided by Contractor. Toilet, sink, medicine cabinet, plumbing and electrical fixtures provided by homeowner. The additional cost for the unexpected wall repair as well as the total price was very reasonable as far as I'm concerned. There is only one (1) downside that I can think of if you choose to have work done by Mr. Procopio. That is, because Victor is in such "high demand" you will need to be patient and wait awhile between the date of proposal and the start date for your project. In my case Victor provided me a proposal on 9/13/2011 but didn't start the job until 1/3/2012. Originally Victor was to start arond 12/01/'11 but as he tried to finish other projects he was working on in October & November he invariably had changes and additions made to those original proposal. Rather than start just before the Holidays, it was mutually agreed upon to start the work when he did. The good news is that once Victor starts your project, his time is your's almost exclusively until all the work is done to completion. The wait was well worth it. I am extremely pleased with the finished project and would not hesitate to hire Victor for future renovations.

Victor provided us with a very reasonable estimate. He was very personable. He was thorough and meticulous in his work. Of course as with most projects, he had more work to do than he bargained for and took it all in stride. He was efficient and thorough. He was very respectful of our home placing tarps where he would bring materials through and always cleaned up after himself at the end of each day. He worked quickly, yet thoroughly focused on every small detail. He provided us with excellent quality work. His finished product is fantastic and meticulous. I will be using him again in the future for all of our home remodeling projects.
