Peterson Plumbing and Heating

Rude, mean, unprofessional. So much for Craig Peterson's "about us" on his website as follows.... "Quality work backed by honest business principles and integrity" Owner yelled at me when I requested information on recent call to my home. No integrity at all.

Went well. I left a message late Friday afternoon and got a call back first thing Monday morning. The replacement valve was a "drop in"--apparently mine was a common one. He lacked a washer on the meter side that was torn and rather than have me ask OCWA to replace it (apparently they "own" that part), he went back to the shop to get one, but I didn't get charged for the trip (which was good). I didn't want to rate the quality yet because only time will tell if the valve/job holds up. This site made me put something, so I put N/A. I will try to update this later.

The service provided was outstanding. They listened to every thought and question I had and resolved everything with good solutions. They were professional, nice and did great quality work.

I call in the morning, response time was good within 4 hours, Jamie the plumber was very good and pleasant, got the job done fast and everything is back to normal.

After having 4 other plumbers come to review the project, Mr. Peterson had the best idea that would be the least invasive to my interior walls and ceiling. The workers were thorough and efficient. They were easy to work with and explained what they were doing every step of the way. Mr. Peterson came at the end to view the work and to see if I was pleased. I would certainly call them again if the need ever arises.

They responded quickly when I called them. They did good work. They were competent and professional.

The service was very satisfactory. We had a leaking hot water heater and I was worried that we could have a flood .My worst fears were gone after Mr Peterson's visit. He showed me how to shut it off after my shower on Sunday morning. I was very relieved indeed.
