I first got in touch with them about 10:30 in the morning.. And by 1 PM my problem was solved, we needed to complete new hot water tank, he took the time out to go with us to Home Depot and pick one out and immediately came back and installed it. I highly recommend these guys they are very very dependable and nice to.

My air conditioner was not cooling properly, so I found This company by Angiâ s list. They came out the same day, a Friday, on my schedule. The unit was frozen so they couldnâ t fix it right away. They needed to come back the next day. Unfortunately they were going to be out of town, however they said they would arrange for an HVAC friend to come out. Saturday morning at 8 am someone came out. The gentlemen cloud not have been any nicer. He fixed the problem in an hour. They didnâ t charge a fee to come out, nor did the gentleman who came out on Saturday require payment. It was left that they would get back to me for payment when they returned the following week. I have never met them, they didnâ t know me, and they could not have been nicer. They have found a customer for life, and I will recommend them to everyone I know. I canâ t thank them enough. If you are looking for an HVAC company, look no further than McCool Mechanical.

I recommend McCool for any of your needs. Josh was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Luckily my problem was a very easy fix but he left a good impression. I will be calling them for any problems in the future. Support Local Businesses!

I see my previous review on right side of the page. The work was actually completed on my A/C not my furnace.

Josh was great!! He was very knowledgeable and new our unit was under warranty and who to call for the part. He had to go pick up the part and said he'd either be back later this afternoon or the next morning, but he ended up coming right back and fixing our unit. He was very nice and showed me a few things that I could do myself if I didn't want to pay to have them done, which is awesome!! I recommend McCools to any and everyone!! Thanks Josh!!

They were exactlyTHE company I was looking for. As a two man company they came in with the idea of helping and fixing the problem and not with the intent of selling me an A/C unit. Infact Dave replaced a part in about 15 minutes and had me up and running again. When I do finally need a new unit McCool is my first call. I give them a 15 out of 10 stars. I have already recommended them to a neighbor.

Josh was very helpful and diligent. He was able to quickly assessed the situation and everything was fixed the next day when the parts came in. I had my furnace repaired and hot water heater replaced. Thank you for making my first home owning crisis a breeze.

Dave and Josh are top notch professional. I have been heating my home with a wood stove for 40 years. They took their time to explain the differences between a gas furnace and a heat pump and what would be best for my home. I received estimates from 3 other companies. What stood out was that McCool understood the efficiency of the equipment they were using, and what was involved to install it. Their prices were substantially lower than the other three. They showed up the day they promised and finished the day they promised. My house did not have existing duct work so they installed duct work and the gas furnace. Josh and Dave worked efficiently and cleaned up every day. When finished they explained how the system worked and installed a programmable thermostat to save on my energy bill. I would highly recommend them

10 out of 10! This local father-son business was top-notch. They came to our house very quickly and gave us an estimate we could not refuse, much lower than what we had previously received. They were able to come in and replace our furnace on a Saturday so we had heat. Then came back on Thursday to put in a brand new air conditioning unit as well. Dave and Josh were both extremely professional and they explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. We prefer to keep our money local and support small businesses and I would do it again in a heartbeat ! They really were a breath of fresh air!!!

The service I received from Josh was excellent. They communicated with me from the time that I reached out to them until the day they completed my requested service. Josh was very kind and patient with me because it has been very difficult to find someone who really deals with older homes and radiators for that fact. Josh took the time to educate me on why my radiators stopped working and what i should do next time. I have a new mechanic just for this reason.... He was very knowledgeable about the service he provided...

McCool was hired to fix a leak in my radiant heating system. They came the same day I called them. The leak was repaired quickly. They IDâ d the need for adding anti-freeze to the system and returned the next day to do this. They were punctual, professional and very competent. I am very glad to have had them do my repairs and will call them again when needed. Thank you McCool!
