John's Professional Window Cleaning LLC

NO CALL, NO SHOW, NO PROFESSIONAL! I made an appointment with 'John' to have my home's windows washed on Thursday, May 19, 2016. (I made the appt. over the phone a few weeks prior to the scheduled cleaning date.). He told me, over the phone, that my home was third on the list for that day and that the cleaners would arrive "some time after 12:30 pm". I took May 19th off of work to prepare my home for the window cleaners. I waited... When it got to be 3:00 with no sign of any window cleaners, I telephoned the business. I got voice mail and left a msg. to please telephone me. I waited... At 4:00 pm Icalled the business again and again received a voice mail greeting. I left a msg. that I was waiting for workers to arrive, that I had taken the day off of work and that I wanted to be telephoned. It is now Saturday, May 21st and still NO CALL from this business owner. I wasted my time, energy and a day's salary on a person who didn't even have the decency to call and apologize after I left two voice mail messages. So cowardly and unprofessional on his part. My advice is to AVOID THIS OPERATOR!

Easy to schedule. Arrived promptly and went right to work. Cleaned all the windows, screens, door glass, and sills. Did a really nice job. Very professional and courteous. Less than 2 hours. Very pleased and would recommend.

John, the supervisory worker, did a great job - very professional. The owner's name is John as well - not to be confused - the owner is grouchy on the phone. The worker, John, is very friendly & professional.

Two men worked on the job, one cleaning the windows outside, the other indoors. They removed screens to get to the windows, wiped them down and after cleaning the windows, reinserted them in the frame. Wiped down the frames after washing the windows. Very pleasant and cooperative workers. The windows look great!
