The plumber came in and did a great job. Now I have a brand new 50 gal energy saving water heater. I don't have to watch if the washer is on if I want to take a shower. The price is extremely reasonable. It's too low to post. I don't think anybody out there can match it. The use a very reliable brand.

Everything was great and they cleaned everything up as if nothing happened. Dominick and his workers are really friendly.

They were AWESOME! We spoke Monday night, he came out to look at the furnace Tuesday morning, and by Wednesday at noon we had a brand new 95% heat efficiency furnace installed. They were quick, clean, and super professional .... and their price beat even that of a friend of ours. I would (and already have) recommend them over and over again. AND - I trust that if anything were to go wrong with the furnace for any reason, Dominck would be out ASAP to personally take care of it. Again - they were great and I can't say enough about them!

Heat Wizer gave us a 10 year parts and labor warranty with Goodman in November, 2009 when our AC unit was installed. In May, 2012 they found 2 freon leaks in our system and blamed us- saying we had "damaged" the unit. We did nothing to the unit and there were no signs of damage. B/c they blamed us for the failure of their installation, they said they would not honor the warranty and it would cost us ~ $800 to replace the leaking part. B/c we needed airconditioning in the middle of summer, we were forced to find another contractor who would honor the warranty we had with Goodman. When these other contractors came to look they found no evidence of damage to our unit. We had a difficult time finding someone to "follow" HeatWizer's work b/c they have a very poor reputation in the community. Most contractors do not want to follow them b/c they do a lousy job and then don't honor their warranty to their customers. We are in the process of using the BBB to attempt to recoup the money we lost while dealing with Heat Wizer.

They did a good job and excellent cleanup. The 1st furnace and air conditioner was priced very good. The 2nd one they were not able to complete the work the day they promised.

They were prompt and did the work in the amount of time that was described. Very pleased.

We set up a bunch of appointments for estimates from various different companies. I think Heat Wizer was the second one Dominick was very friendly, and didn't try to oversell anything like the previous company and the companies that would come after. We got estimates all over the place, the highest in the 10K range. When the other guys showed up after Dominick left, one of them asked if we'd received any estimates from other companies and what those estimates were. The last guy just said "well, I don't want to waste your time. Heat Wizer kills everybody." The day they came to perform the install, they were a little behind schedule but it was no big deal because I had set the day aside specifically for this. Even though they stared a little late, they were finished before 4. They had the best price, a good product (with a transferable lifetime warranty), and they were just nice guys. Recommended.

I was very happy with the work Heat Wizer Heating and Air Conditioning did. They were very friendly and honest. They did not try to sell me anything that I did not need. The price was fair.

After several estimates that were either outrageously high or changed at the last moment (and then canceled by me) I found this firm who not only gave me upgraded equipment from what I had planned but at a price significantly less than any competitor. They were punctual and answered all my questions and very careful about the property and flawless with both the installation and clean up. I HIGHLY recommend these people to anyone!

They didn't show up! After waiting an hour, I called their office, and was told that the person "forgot to come over", and they "forgot to call me and tell me."
