Would have been just as well off with the Home Depot. 1 major flaw in design. (couldn't get refrigerator into alcove). Two sets of cabinet doors arrived damaged--they replaced one after a month, but they never replaced the second set. I finally got tired of waiting and put the other damaged ones up myself and filled in the crack. Once they get your money, they obviously don't care.

The installer was in and out in 6-7 hours. He cleaned up after himself. He fired up the unit and made sure that it was working correctly. He provided tips for enclosing and finishing the exterior. He was very helpful.

Very well. They have done this for us annually for a long time. They have an offseason discount for this work also.

I did a lot of research in this area. Hearth Cabinets and more provided the best service, quality and price. I have ben using the fireplace everyday. Previously, when it was wood burning, I used it a couple of times a year and the heat in the house was going up the chimney.

They put in an insert, and marble. They also put in the wooden mantle and framed the fireplace. Additionally they did the plumbing work because we have hot water heat, and where the fireplace was supposed to go was a hot water radiator. They removed and rerouted the pipes so the fireplace could be installed. After the work was completed, a few weeks later I noticed where they did the rerouting of the pipe there was a leak. I called and they came the same day and fixed it. The man who fixed it also gave me his home number so I could call if I had any more issues. There was no charge for the repair. They put down tarps even though they didn't have to. They were overall just very professional.
