+ -1 moreThey did it about a half of day. They explain every thing they were doing They took the old one. They did a great job. WE did business with for 20 years. They come and clean it. They're perfectly trustworthy. They help me get a $500 rebate from the state.
Description of Work: They put in a new high efficiency furnace.

+ 0 moreThey did a good job, when issues arouse they fixed them in a timely manner and with out additional cost. They were always responsive to my calls and questions. They also did a really good job with the post install follow up an making sure I had the documentation I needed.

Description of Work: Multiple attempts to fix my high effeciency aire conditioners. Replaced one because they weren't sure how to fix it and then broke the second with routine servicing. After multiple visits they were still unable to fix the second unit.

Description of Work: Jennifer came to my 4 unit apt building and discovered that the fan was running backwards. She fixed it immediately. Several other heating companies had come to address the problem, but none of them discovered the problem. Once the fan was running in the right direction, the house was toasty warm. This company is a class act with very competent employees.
