+ -1 moreDirectTV had horrible customer service! The hold times are horrendous and nobody really seems to know who can help you. They have messed up my mother's credit rating and have refused to reimburse us for the incurred costs. BUYERS BEWARE! GO WITH CABLE!
Description of Work: The representative came to install the dish and receiver. The work was done correctly, but on his way out he ran over a pot full of plants at the end of the driveway! A year later, they still have not reimbursed us for the costs of the pot, and in addition, expect me to pay them money for the violation of contract.
