DiMartino Construction was completing work on our neighbors house and because we were impressed with the work they were doing we asked for an estimate to replace our unstable porch. They met with us to hear our ideas, offer their expertise and then quickly presented an estimate that took into account what we envisioned and was very fairly priced. They completed the take down of the old porch, build of the new the porch and cleaned the site within 3 days! The porch is beautiful and exceeds our expectations. The DiMartino staff were friendly, respectful and VERY good to work with. We're already talking about what job we want them to do next!

Thank you John DiMartino and the entire crew for such a wonderful professional job! The room inside is designed beautifully with well planned out windows, lighting and outlets. The floor is amazing. The deck is spacious for grilling and easy to maintain. A great match of blue to our existing 40 year old siding. The updated shutters refreshed the front of our home. The additional fencing on the side of the house hides the air conditioner with a finished look. I would highly recommend your company to anyone putting on an addition, deck or any construction work. Although weather played a factor in the start date we could not be more happy with the finished look. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently. The crew was friendly and considerate answered all our questions. They informed us of underneath damage they found and fixed it. When there was decisions to be made they asked what we wanted and gave us their opinions when we asked. They were meticulous in the quality of their work. John has a good eye for design and was very patient with us. We recommend Di Martino construction for your siding needs.

It went very well- exactly as promised. As with any huge project like this, any issue or problem that came up was addressed and taken care of in a professional manner. The owner and crew were very cooperative and easy to work with. The price was very reasonable...and the house looks great!

The estimate I got from John was the best and he had done some smaller jobs for me in the past so I was familiar with his work. The crew showed up every day and worked hard. They were all friendly and any questions or concerns I had were addressed on the spot. The job seemed to move along at a good pace. Once the job was finished, John even said that he would come back and replace the lamp post top and light fixture out front since I hadn't thought to buy new ones ahead of time. True to his word, he came back a week later and completed that for me. It looks like I have a new house and the neighbors have all stated how great they think it looks!

John was only one of 4-5 contractors to respond to my request for an estimate. I went to another company to get a 2nd estimate. In late July, John had estimated my project would start in late Sept/Oct, job actually started 2-3 weeks later, to coordinate with another job in my neighborhood. I was fine with a very minor delay. Some rotted boards on my detached garage were replaced as per contract, where needed. John sent his crew chief to my house immediately after I told John that my garage doors wouldn’t close. Problem was corrected that night. Siding, fascia, soffit look great, lots of compliments from neighbors. My wife and I are very satisfied. Only one minor issue, there was some small debris I cleaned up after the dumpster was picked up. There could be better coordination between contractor and dumpster company. (I’m not perfect either). I would definitely recommend this company.

We can not say enough about Mr. DiMartino and his team! He made sure to spend time with us to hear about our concerns and vision. He was able to offer many suggestions and showed us many photos to help us visualize possibilities. As COVID 19 supply and chain issues impacted ability to get the the specific quality and size boards that we needed, Mr DiMartino never gave up !! He continued to communicate updates with us and used all powers within him to find us just what we needed ! When our boards came in his team started right up with the project. They are very professional and very respectful. The attention to detail and meeting our needs was IMPRESSIVE ! The work was high quality ! We would not hesitate in the least to work with him again.
