The entire process was professional with a sense of personal attention and caring. From the estimate process, all the way to the completion of the project John was more than willing and able to answer all our questions and make suggestions for things we had not considered. At no point during the whole process did we ever feel that we were being pressured to do anything we did not want or talked out of what we wanted. John ensured we were completely comfortable and satisfied throughout the entire evolution. They showed up on the first day of work with an army of men and proceeded to wow my wife and me with the pace of work. At no time did we feel that corners were being cut or we were not getting the best quality of work. When John was not here to answer our questions or concerns his foreman went out of his way every day to ensure we had no questions or issues with what had already been done or the direction of the project. The project was completed ahead of schedule, on budget, and to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the quality and value of the work we received. We will look towards DiMartino Construction & Remodeling for any future home projects.

Everything went smoothly and as planned also they were very professional and clean ;efficient and very knowledgeable . I would definitely use them again !

I had a upper and lower porch put on my house john,kevin and the crew were professional and built me two high quality-strong porches that have received many compliments.I am very happy with the results.I would hire dimartino constr. again for my constr. needs. A+

From the initial estimate from John DiMartino, to the clean up after completion, they were responsive, paid attention to all detail, and executed exactly what was expected. These guys are professionals and it was great hiring them. Can't see it getting any better than this.

John was great to work with. He kept us updated on our project and worked with our budget and vision. Even through COVID, John kept us updated and gave us a great deck!

The guys were very professional and once the materials came in, our deck was up pretty quick. Mr. DiMartino came out a couple times to check on the progress, which I thought was very nice. Deck looks great!

We were so happy with how quickly and beautifully these guys put up our new deck!!! They go above and beyond what code requires, so our deck is beyond sturdy. Their attention to detail was so impressive and what a great crew of guys! The whole time they were building, we kept saying “we are so glad we went with them!” because we were SO impressed with their work. They also went above and beyond their job and built us a little “awning” to cover our pool pump switch that they mounted to the deck for us, and they also cut down an old set of stairs for us to use at another door!! Super impressed with these guys and would absolutely hire them again for any job!!

It went great! Professional crew workef everyday diligently through 90 degree temperatures. Did an excellent job on everything we had done. Answered all the questions we had. Would definitely hire again.

John and his team did an amazing job re-doing our deck. They started the project earlier than expected – and finished early as well! The finished deck looks amazing – and even though the team ran into a few challenges with the pre-existing base decking – they were able to stay within the estimate and address the issues. We’re already looking into additional projects we can have his team help us on!

The DiMartino crew did an excellent job on a major project. My house is almost 200 years old so there were unexpected complications due to its post and beam construction. These were handled quickly and very well with only a minor up charge for additional time and materials needed. Due to the poor weather at times during the fall and early winter the project took a bit longer than planned. Because of the delays John DiMartino and his crew installed a new roof on my 16 X 24 work shed at no charge to make up for the delays. The entire crew were friendly and professional throughout the entire project despite the weather. They were all certainly very knowledgeable about the work they were doing and very good at it. Anybody requiring work done on their house couldn’t find a better company to do the job than DiMartino Construction and Remodeling.

John and his crew did an amazing job on our siding. Today they did my mother's roof and did a great job too! Clean, neat and everything was picked up when done!

John, Kenny and the entire DiMartino crew are excellent. John takes the time to sit with his customer and map out everything that is required for the job, how they will do it, and within what approximate timeline. John is open to questions, gives his honest opinion, and brings years of experience to each conversation. His crew is very professional. Every day, they would always clean up by end of day leaving the work area as livable as possible. Most importantly, everyone is very patient, explaining what is being done, how it's being done, and if changes need to be made, they always are for the benefit of the customer, even if required labor is the result. As we changed our mind on certain services during the job, John and Kenny always met us halfway and gave the highest level of customer service possible. I would recommend DiMartino to anyone looking for a home renovation project.

Took a bit to get scheduled, but that's the construction season in CNY and is to be expected. Management and work crew were professional in all manners. Excellent attitude of the crew each morning on arrival and continued throughout the day even in oppressive heat and sometimes direction from client. Cleanup at the end of each workday mostly satisfactory except for an occasional coffee cup or pop can. Crew went over and above the scope of work hired for taking time to complete an additional job while on site all while maintaining a positive attitude and professionalism. Quality of work was tremendous and would hire them again with no reservation.

Exceeded expectations. John and his team delivered on all aspects of my new deck build. He also aided in the design and was spot on for all recommendations. My 12x24ft deck was built in 2 days and he stayed within my budget.

DiMartino Construction resided our home, added stone front accent and installed two sliding doors. We are extremely pleased with the outcome and would definitely recommend DiMartino Construction. The installation crew was professional, courteous and skilled, and they paid particular attention to detail. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. Any problems or concerns were addressed in a timely manner and were followed through until resolved. Overall an excellent experience.

John Jr and Kevin from DiMartino Construction did an excellent restoration of exisiting cedar boards using composite materials. Did extraordinary work on building new deck using composite decking planks and vinyl posts and railings. John Sr. is a pleasure to work with in planning the projects and procurement of required building materials.

This is my second experience with DiMartino Construction and I couldn’t be happier. We had our house sided last year and added a new deck this year. Both jobs were excellent. Our siding project went so smoothly and our new deck is the envy of the neighborhood. This company is professional, timely, neat and do excellent work. They also have the greatest staff who are more than willing to work with you on anything. We really did not have plans for our deck but after just describing what features we wanted we were able to have the deck of our dreams. We were so satisfied we also have scheduled a small roof repair this year. Would I recommend DiMartino Construction? One hundred percent YES.

The workmanship of the deck was superb. The crew were very nice and pleasant to work with. Other contractors are late, they make excuses or just don’t show up at all...not John. He’s there when he says he’ll be there and completes the job. Our neighbors have deck envy.

Outstanding!! John DiMartino, owner, was very responsive with inspecting the job site and providing a competitive estimate in a timely manner. He visited the work site frequently to ensure everything was going well and was there when the work started to insure the work scope was understood. The work crew were very friendly, professional and attentive to the required work. They knew the requirements of the Trex product and displayed exceptional skill sets to complete the job. They maintained a neat job site and cleaned up the area at the end of each work day. Could not be happier with the final product. DiMartino Construction and Remodeling is at the top of my list for future work at my home and for referrals.
