Although I had never used Debbie Burr as a real estate agent before, she came highly recommended so I contacted her when I decided to list my house for sale.
Debbie and I spoke about the ins and outs of real estate and sales. She was very knowledgeable and friendly, providing me with needed information and advice about elements of house sales such as contingency offers, setting an appropriate price, staging the house, etc. She asked many questions about my house and its qualities, did a thorough examination, and began research on an appropriate level of pricing for the neighborhood and the market. She made suggestions for ways to make the house more attractive to potential buyers. She gave me a couple of days to make sure the house was immaculate before taking photos for posting on on-line listing sites. Within several days the "For Sale" sign was up and folks were inspecting the house.
I would highly recommend Debbie Burr as a real estate agent (she is also handling our purchasing of another house as our agent). She is attentive to her clients' needs, a thorough professional in every respect.
