Description of Work: They were prompt getting out to my house to provide an estimate. I decided to use them for weekly lawn mowing. Lawn looks good and they clean up well when finished. Very satisfied with them so far.

+ -1 moreDave showed up with an excellent team of Mat and Kevin. They excavated my site, removed, stairs, lattce, several bushes, replanted one, added crushed stone 6 inches deep, and 2 inches of cement sand, and installed pavers with poly sand. Everything was done meticulously and frequent tamping of the courses. The grading was very carefully executed as it abutted my house. Unfortunately, they were not able to reinstall my stairs because of the way they were constructed, and I had to have them rebuilt. Like wise, CNY had contracted to replace my lattice, however I chose to upgrade to a colored vinyl myself. The team was very respectful, listened to any requests and were neat as possible. My front sidewalk was repaired better than new. They filled in ruts, and seeded any lawn damage, were respectful of property lines, in addition to grading and seeding the edge of the patio. The whole job took 3 days. The men worked really hard and did meticulous work. The patio turned out beautifully. I would highly recommend these contractors to anyone needing a patio or side walk built.

Description of Work: They mowed my front and backyard, weed eated around the edges, removed a bunch of weeds and removed some garbage.

Description of Work: Our yard looks amazing since Mike Kearny and his associates were here. They were pleasant, professional, neat, friendly and hard workers. We were pleasantly surprised when the crew began by getting on their knees and hand-weeding ALL the gardens prior to laying down the mulch. This kind of work I didn't expect and I was so impressed with their attention to detail! They were careful working around the flowers when adding the mulch and even repositioned stepping stones that were by the water faucet. We can definitely recommend Mike and his associates to anyone. They go above and beyond the expected work ....almost as if it was their yard they're working on.
