CNY COMP U SOFT COMPUTERS

I brought in two computers that were FRIED!!! ... Malware and trojans and spyware. They repaired them fairly quickly, removed all the bad software and didn't try to sell me any parts. The owner is something of a passionate eccentric about his work which I found was a little bit good and a little frustrating, but overall these guys know what they are doing and they know how to fix computers period. Even if you think your computer is beyond repair, it's pretty likely he can resurrect it. When I got mine back he armed them with protective software and they worked as fast as the day I bought them. I would pretty much recommend him to anyone. Communication could probably use a little improvement, but honestly he's the only guy I'll ever use. He is a master of his craft. No question about it.

Terrible. Owner talks a good story but took far to long to make repairs on two laptops. Sold me anti-virus I didn't really need. Repairs on one laptop only held for a month, then he charged me almost the same amount of money to re-fix laptop stating that the user created the problem. The second fix only held for another month or sold. I just ended up replacing the laptop.
