The CleanTec team did a very thorough job ensuring all damaged building materials were documented and removed.

I had Cleantec come over after my sump pump stopped working and my basement flooded with a couple inches of water. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He took some readings to see how bad the damage was and explained everything to me. He cleaned up the mess, sprayed for mold, and set up equipment to dry everything out. He came back two days later to check on everything and take more readings to make sure things were drying out and he rearranged the equipment to make sure everywhere in the basement was getting dry. He came back two days later after everything was dry, took more readings to make sure I was all set, and he removed the equipment. Overall, Cleantec did a great job and I was most impressed that they did not overstate the level of damage and did not look to overcharge me with things I didn't need.

We recently moved to a new house and have had water in our basement and crawl space three times in the last two months. Frustrating! We called Cleantec because they are a local company, and we were so pleased after the first service call that we have used them for all subsequent calls. The techs are courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, and they have gone out of their way to address the issues we are having, even driving to a hardware store in the pouring rain to purchase a part we needed to fix a sump pump and prevent the situation from worsening until we deal with the exterior drainage issues on. They are also extremely responsive, even on weekends (which always seems to be when it rains.) I cannot recommend Cleantec highly enough.

Mark showed up the day I called to consult, and was willing to do the clean up immediately. Unfortunately due to my schedule I had to have him come back another day, which he had no problem with. He was on time, performed services within the time frame estimated, and called me upon completion for inspection. He even waited for me to return back to the apartment, and stayed with me while I locked up to be sure he didn't leave me there alone. He walked me through the paperwork explaining everything I signed. He explained all the products used, why, and that they stood up to code. The apartment smelled fresh, was clean, and did not have that overly strong chemical smell at all that I was worried about with such heavy-duty cleaning. He took everything with him, and disposed of it without leaving anything behind. I would recommend this company to anyone I know in the same unfortunate situation as ours, and I am so incredibly grateful for his understanding, sympathy and respect. Thank you Mark, and Cleantec for making an uncomfortable and unfortunate situation a bit better and stress free.
