John and Brian arrived promptly and completed the job in a timely fashion. They both were very friendly. They were very helpful explaining the new system, and considering my old furnace was over 30 years old, I appreciated the time they took to show me the new system.

Our service tech, Amin, was very thorough. He inspected and vacuumed the furnace, changes the filter. He also checked the humidifier, changing that filter as well, to be sure it was working properly. Our experiences with Charles Heating and Air conditioning have been nothing but very positive.

Fast service and installation right before cold weather hit. Jim and Jeremy were very professional and courteous. I will recommend Charles Heating & AC to all my friends and family.

I had Jeremy Confer clean my air ducts on 12/2/20. He was very respectful, knowledgeable,informative and competent. He was efficent, cleaned up afterwards, and did a very good job. Jim and John were the installers. They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. They were pleasant and knowledgeable. They were very patient when they answered any questions and explained things, all while installing the new furnace. They showed what had broken down on the old furnace and explained and showed the differences between the approximately 30-year-old furnace and the new high efficiency furnace they were installing.

Excellent work by Rich Mollo and John K. Heating the house is now modernized! A new zone added to the basement has leveled the overall heating of the house.

It went really well. Rudolph B. was our technician and he was very knowledgeable about our furnace. He arrived promptly, wore a mask and put booties on when he entered our home. Besides cleaning our furnace and changing the filter, he gave us some helpful hints on things to do to keep our furnace running effectively and efficiently. He was pleasant and professional!

Rudy Bazil was our service technician for the seasonal furnace clean/check.....he did a superb job and was very thorough in the service work performed! His professionalism and attention to detail were greatly appreciated; and, we will continue to contact Charles H & A/C as our "go to" contractor.

Amin was our service tech. He arrived timely and immediately commenced his review of our furnace. He pulled our filter and replaced it with one from the stock in his truck. At the end of the service call, he reviewed the condition of our thermostat and then answered my questions on properly winterizing our A/C unit. Thank you Amin and Charles H/AC

I just needed someone to let them in while I was at work and they did exactly as the job was explained to me. When I got home, the new furnace was installed, the old was gone and the area was spotless. This is a company that should be proud of their service level, from the original tech who looked at my old furnace, to the sales team for getting it set up to be replaced very quickly and to the guys who came in to do the final work. Great job everyone!!!!!

John & Jim came in AM to install new furnace and air conditioner. They were done with all work within 4 hours. Fully explained new set up features for both units. Cleaned up after themselves, removing old unit. No complaints. They were both business friendly and worked diligently to do install. Many thanks to them for their work. Best of all, they kept doors closed so none of the animals could escape to the outdoors.

Todd and Jim were very punctual and had job done quickly and efficiently! We were also given instructions on operating both units! Would recommend and rehire again! Job well done!!!

One man started late in the day with 3 fellow workers showing up to get the job done in a timely fashion. I'd like to thank Jeremy, Todd, John & Nick for doing an outstanding job. They left the place clean and it's good to have our heat back with snow coming over night.

Our two technicians Jim and Dan did an outstanding job on everything they did. From showing their awareness of Covid, protecting our floors, picking up after themselves and everything in between. Our home is very old with only a partial cellar and a small working area with a low ceiling. There was plumbing and electrical fixtures in the way of exhaust and intake piping but they made installation look easy and very neat. They are both true professionals at what they do and I would recommend them to anyone. It was a pleasurable experience to work with the entire Charles group.

Everything went excellent! Dave and Josh were very professional and did an excellent job. They explained everything clearly and completely to me. The system now works great.

Amin (Charles service technician) was very friendly but more important very knowledgeable about my furnace and immediately saw what was wrong and put the flame sensor in a slot closer to the flame so the furnace could fire and stay on. And he cleaned the furnace while he was here and cleaned up after his repairs.
