Charles Heating and Air Conditioning

Todd and Brian installed a new air conditioning system for my house. They were very professional and knowledgeable. The quality of their craftmanship was excellent and they were great representatives for Charles. I'll happily recommend Charles to friends and family.

I had John and Jeremy from Charles Heating replace my 20 year old furnace and central air system. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. New systems work great and they took the time to explain everything. Would definitely have Charles Heating perform additional work for me.

I had an appointment for a routine air conditioner check and maintenance and I was very impressed with the service I received. The technician from Charles was knowledgeable and very thorough in explaining how my air conditioning system worked. Being a first time homeowner, I felt like the technician really took the time to explain my system and asked if I had any questions throughout the service visit. The service visit lasted longer than I originally thought, but it was because of the incredible service the technician provided. The technician explained next steps for maintenance and/or replacement. I never felt as though Charles was trying to sell me something extra or something that was not necessary. I would definitely use Charles Heating and Air Conditioning again!

Jeremy and Steven installed a new air conditioning system along with a replacement furnace on my house in Syracuse. They did an outstanding job - the work was all professional and neat, and they had no issues working in my crowded basement or placing the condenser in a pretty inaccessible area outside. While I hope to not have to replace my furnace anytime again soon, I would definitely hire Charles again for HVAC, plumbing or electrical work!

Very well. The installers were Dave & John, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did over the course of the 3 days it took to get the job done. They arrived on time, were polite, answered all the questions we had, and their work was done in a neat and professional manner. John and Jim performed an excellent installation of our new Carrier furnace today. They were professional, knowledgeable and fast. The price quoted was the price paid. We are very pleased with our decision to go with Charles Heating & Air Conditioning and highly recommend.

It went extremely well! I did not realize how involved it was. The technicians name was Rudolph. He was very patient, professional, courteous and methodical. Cleaning ducts in a house is quit tedious and many hurdles to cross. What a nice guy!!! I have used Charles for a new furnace and central air, Electrical , furnace purifier and duct cleaning. What a great company. I will and recommend them again and again! TX

Mike M and Rudy were our technicians, and they were great. They took my non-expert description and went to check the situation. They arrived on time and were courteous. The charge seemed fair. I was very pleased.

We recently contracted with Charles Heating and Air Conditioning during their annual winter promotion. Technicians Dave and Karl arrived at the appointed time and after shoveling through 24 inches of snow installed a new furnace and central air conditioning systems . They throughly explained what they were going to do, and did exactly that. They were courteous and Covid protocol respectful . Their work was flawless and when they finished they explained how the new equipment worked and took care of all the paper work. We would recommend Charles Heating and A /C to anyone. They truly are “The Nice Guys”

Rudolph Bazil did an excellent job! He changed filters (air cleaner & humidifier), and adjusted the humidistadt. He was very personable.

Our furnace failed today, Sunday, when the outdoor temp was only 19 degrees. I called Charles Heating Air Conditioning Plumbing & Electrical and within 5 hours the problem was fixed. Great team! Great service! I've been their customer since 1985 and they have never disappointed me.

Josh and Rich were extremely professional and knowledgeable, respectful completion of work in half a day. Masks, drop cloths, booties and cleaning up after. They explained every detail and answered our questions. We recommend Charles Heating and are extremely satisfied with how efficiently they worked. Thank you guys for a job well done!!

Excellent service, cleaned up well, followed all covid protocols, great service! Mike M came for a repair, tried several ways to fix our furnace that stopped working.. Rich and Dan did an outstanding job They were very professional, Dan being with Charles for a very long time answered all my questions about the equipment they installed and walked me through the work they had done I would recommend Charles to anyone going to have furnace replacement or air conditioning done

Amin came to service our 22-year-old furnace that has been acting up, and was incredibly thorough, conscientious and polite -- and enjoyable to talk to while he worked to troubleshoot a growing list of symptoms. He went beyond what he was expected to do, checking for carbon monoxide, asking relevant questions about the house's heating system and the furnace's behavior and history of repairs. He was happy to explain the parts of the furnace, their function and the potential issues with each. It was evident that Amin wanted to do the best he could with a difficult situation. It was his last call of the day, and he wasn't in any rush to finish the job and go home. He clearly enjoys the work he does, and he is very good at it. I recommend him highly.

Brian and Dan did a complete install of new heating and AC in a home that needed custom fabricating. They were absolutely wonderful in all aspects. They had to work in a small crawl space and they did not complain. They explained what they were doing and when. I would say consider yourself lucky if you get these 2 working at your home or business.

We had some bumps because the configuration of the house but working together we resolved the issues and even saved some money doing it. The guys were Todd, Dan, Brian and Rick!! Very professional!
