GREAT. Came for estimate and provided it immediately. On day of installation, professionals showed up on time, completed the work, took the old equipment away and cleaned up work areas. Both new systems were tested successfully and have worked perfectly. They were professional and polite. Even liked our dog. I would recommend them to anyone who asks..

They just did what they had to do. He just came in and said what the problem what. Then it was just put a new one in there. I don't think any thing could be better. When they wear out, they wear out. They are going to get you. At the moment you have not hot water. The price was okay. Everyone that I have used has given me the military discount. They'll always say let me see who is in the area right now. They will Skype them or what ever they do. Then they says a man is in the area when he finishes there he will be there. A lot of times by the time you hang up, he is at the door.

They just do a thorough job. I liked to get that check out. It's good to have your furnace checked out because of faulty wires. They did okay. The price was right. It was only $99, $106 after taxes. The quality was good.

I wasn't too happy that I had to pay the $200 in labor because only the parts were included under the warranty. I feel their $100 cost to do routine HVAC each year is a bit high.

Excellent service from initial phone call to installation. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. It was snowing and they had to shovel to reach the a/c unit. The new furnace is fantastic and am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Charles Heating, Plumbing and Electrical. I highly recommend them.

I have it done twice a year and it is paid ahead of time. They show up when they are supposed to and do the work that you ask them to do. They are reliable.

They provide the best service possible! They are always on time and communicate very well by calling. They even call to follow up afterwards to see how things are running and ask for ratings. The prices are very reasonable and never try to hose you. Great people to work with, I would definitely recommend other!

I've had a bad experience with them. In the wintertime we need to humidify here because you raise the indoor temperature and the outside temperature is below freezing and you get a very low humidity. This can be a big strain on the sinuses and what have you. So you need to add humidity to the air. I purchased a humidifier that didn't work properly. I paid over $400 for it. It's designed to operate with the furnace and it doesn't function properly. They have been unable to correct the problem. The price included the unit plus the installation. The price was probably alright, it was about average. The installation quality was fine, I would probably have to give that a 'B,' but the unit didn't work. It had to do with the particular design of the unit and they couldn't correct the problem. So, now I'm left with having to buy a new unit this year. I don't think they knew enough about the humidifiers to know what to do. The punctuality was alright. They put me on a waiting list and were able to respond within about 24 or 48 hours. It's not an urgent thing for these unit, it's not like a furnace going out in the middle of the winter. The last guy here wasn't very professional. I had to call them back twice and they couldn't resolve the problem.

I know what they did was fairly significant, that I remember. They were very good. Because I am a maintenance customer on the heating and air conditioning side they came out right away. I know it was a bad weekend, like, it was a holiday weekend or it was a Saturday or something. I did not get charged extra because they came out on that day. There were many advantages because I am a maintenance customer. I thought this was going to be a lot more costly repair because we thought we would have to replace lots of pipes and stuff and we did not have to. So if someone were not as scrupulous as I think they are they could have easily -- because I don't know that much about plumbing -- I know logic, but not plumbing -- gotten many hundreds of dollars out of me and it was less than $100. The pricing was very good. The quality was excellent. They came right away. They give you a time, the office calls you and then the guy texts you or calls you. Then when they are outside they text you; they are very good about that.

They're good people. I will continue to use them in the future.

Technician showed up at the scheduled time, explained the process, setup his equipment, put down protective drop clothes, cleaned up when he was done. Polite, professional. Nice doing business with them. 16 registers, 4 bed/2 bath/2 story house, with finished baseement

We like them a lot. They're very good, really competent, they come on time, they're friendly, they do their job, we enjoyed working with them.

He showed up on time, was congenial, and was done in about 1/2 hour.

I have used them for years, and they are okay. They had to come before and evaluate the situation, and then come with the correct part the next day. They are good. I have had good experiences with them.

Price is in the high end, but they came to fix what needed to be fix.

We redid our master bath in October, 2013, including installation of a new toilet. Fast forward to August, 2014 when a clogged drain lead to water damage to the ceiling below. We called a local plumber who found the clog and cleared it. He also found that the toilet had been installed incorrectly rendering the original plumbing to that toilet unusable. Charles gave us an estimate which we accepted, and they did the repairs. The gentleman who made the estimate was punctual, polite, and professional as were the plumbers who made the repairs. From a homeowner's perspective, it was all very easy, and we are pleased with the results.

Great, they arrived on time and hit the ground running. They worked fast and efficient and answered any question that I had. When they finished they cleaned up everything. I am an Engineer and usually am hard to impress but these guys impressed me. Good company and a pleasure to do business with.

Our first positive experience was with David who came to our home to give us several job estimates. He was polite, concise, and offered very helpful advice. Once we decided to move ahead on one of the jobs (our master bath remodel), we were added to the schedule in a very timely manner. The job was started on time, however, the job took longer than was originally estimated because we kept adding more stuff to their list of things to do. Rob and Kevin were very nice, understanding, and patient. They did an amazing job with all of the features and details. We are very happy with our new bathroom!

The workman arrived on time and completed the installation in about 4 hours. He was very courteous and answered all my questions. He removed the old furnace and left the area clean.

Provider wasn't interested in negotiating the price. They installed an A/C system in my son's house 2 weeks earlier. Price seemed very reasonable, so I contacted them. They quoted me a much higher price for the same unit, and would not negotiate. My son has the exact style and sq ft house I have, (I told the rep that,) and I live 3 miles closer to the business, so travel couldn't have been the issue. I can't say whether product and service was good or bad. I hired a competitor and paid cash.

They finished in one day the a/c hadn't worked as well in years.
