Jayson was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. He answered all of our questions patiently and thoroughly, and he offered honest opinions about our furnace.

Karl and Todd were great to work with. They were efficient and answered any questions that I had. It took 5.5 hours to finish everything. They even installed a NEST thermostat that I preferred. Would definitely recommend.

Jayson has been to my home two times in the last 4 months. He did a fantastic job installing a new home air condition unit this summer. Unfortunately after 16 years my original air conditioner stopped working. Jayson was very polite and did a great job. I am so impressed with everyone at Charles. From Nancy in their main office to Jayson in the field they could not have been nicer. I now set up a service program to have them maintenance both my air conditioner and furnace every 6 months. I will use them for all of my future needs.

The service was done by Jason. He was very professional and provided thorough answers to my questions. I paid for an air filter although the checkup fee was covered under my maintenance agreement

Very good communication about the appointment that was scheduled from 2-4 pm. They were running slightly late and called me to inform me that he would be late but the call came pretty late into the appt time. Had to miss my run on a beautiful day . Glad they called but would have preferred earlier head's up. My service person, Jayson was very professional, used shoe covers upon his arrival and cleaned the furnace in a prompt manner once he arrived. Overall, a great experience .

Needed 15 year old Payne 90% gas furnace replaced. Chose new Carrier 59SP5A080-16 96.5% AFUE furnace with ECM motor. Very impressed with Charles Heating's entire team. Estimate was within budget and job was done expertly and on time. Couldn't ask for more. Installation team of Karl and Dave completed job perfectly in just over 2 hours. We are very satisfied!!!

John and Todd did an excellent job removing and replacing furnace, left place cleaned up and made sure system working properly. Informed me on proper working and maintanence of furnace. Great experience.

Jayson did a thorough job and explained what was included in the check up. This was our first visit since signing up for the program in early summer. He came when expected, documented what was done, did a good job and had a pleasant demeanor.

Jayson was an "ACE " service tech. Very pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient worker. He answered all questions quickly and thoroughly. I just signed up for the annual service contract a year ago. it is the only way to fly! Charles is the best in the area!!

I've used Charles for many years and have always been very satisfied. Jayson arrived right on time and performed all tasks efficiently and took the time to explain what he was doing and offer suggestions for the future.

Work was great. We have the season maintenance contract. Jayson came to the appointment on time and was very polite. He took his time to do a complete check of our system. He made a recommendation for a part replacement that will eventually be needed as the part wears out. Maybe a reminder call at the start of the season to make an appointment would be a nice service.

Regular servicing of a/c system was performed by Jayson R. He was prompt, courteous and professional and when we ran into a snag with our thermostat he went above and beyond to help us out. What was supposed to be a routine service call turned out to be more complicated and despite it being the last call of the day Jayson took his time to make sure everything was running well before he left. I would definitely use Charles heating and cooling again and would love to get Jayson as our technician again.

I chose this company based on Angie's List reviews. "Zac" called me and set up an appointment with me for last Friday between 1-1:30. He was a no show w/o a courtesy call to r/s or to say he would be late, which would have been acceptable. When I spoke with him initially to set up the appointment, he was professional and informative. This was disappointing as I waited until 3 pm before I left the house to do errands. There was zero regard for my time and that is not acceptable! I would have much rather given this company a great review, however, their behavior wouldn't allow it:(

Excellent company to do business with. They had the best price by far, the best guarantees and didn't try to sell me more than I needed. Workers arrived on time, did great work in the time frame they gave me and cleaned up like they were never there. Extremely happy with their workmanship and communication during the install.

They arrived within a reasonable amount of time. He had to go pick up a part which took a awhile but got it fixed quickly once he returned.

We had a terrific service experience with Charles Heating and Air Conditioning from start to finish. Mike Charles met with us and explained our options and gave us an estimate. He was very friendly and professional and did not pressure us in any way. On the day of the installation, (10/05/17), the service representative was prompt and also very polite and professional and answered all of our questions. The work was completed in an efficient and competent manner. After installing our new furnace he took away our old furnace and thoroughly cleaned up the work areas. We were completely satisfied with every aspect of the job. We would highly recommend them to anyone who asked.
