jayson moved the pipes that had to be moved removed a furnace vent that did not have to be there , and took care of the problem., jayson was very professional and knowledgeable it is nice to meet tech,s that treat customers like people that they have known for awhile, i plan on using charles again in the future

It went good...a few things where not working so I had Jayson fix them.. Great Job!!! I think more than $10 should be given..They do such good work.A little more would mean a lot..

I have used Charles for heating, air conditioning and plumbing a number of times and they have always been an excellent source of professional services. Rich B and Kacey were up to the standards set by their colleagues!

Stan ran into a few stumbling blocks but was able to continue the job and complete it in a short amount of time.

Service technicians Stan & Brian came to our home to do some work on one of our water lines. It was a little complex but they did a great job and we are very happy with the results. Problem fixed. They arrived on time, were courteous and professional. Questions were answered and we were kept in the loop during the work process. Great job guys.

I want to thank Mr Charles and his techs Lou, Jayson and Kacey that came out and fixed our boiler. The service and professionalism my family and I experienced are without equal that’s for sure. The techs explained what they were doing the whole time and were very personable which helped put my wife and I at ease during a very stressful time. They even put up with our German Shepard Ava being nosey and trying to help them. Hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had.

I needed emergency weekend service for the furnace. Mike showed up right on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem. He was personable and professional in every way. He suggested a routine cleaning be done soon, and we followed up on that during the week.

He was prompt and professional. He answered all my questions on how the attached humidifier worked. The furnace is all set for winter!

The fix was performed and took care of my problem. I was told the faucet should probably be replaced even though it was new in 2006. There is no identification of the faucet type (on the faucet), so the repairmen just put another miscellaneous washer in the nozzle head to stop the leaking and tightened. It is a short term fix that does not fix the long term issue. Thus, scores for service provided were lower than responsiveness and professionalism. I would have expected the fix would have addressed the long term issue rather than just a short term. I was told we should probably replace the faucet to fix the long term issue. I don't think that really solved my problem. I was happy the repairmen came on time and were professional.

Mike M. was friendly and professional. He checked both heaters and serviced them to make sure they were in working order and that there were no concerns. He also flushed out the Aprilaire Humidifier as the water was backing up and got that in working order. Thanks Mike for a job well done.

Everything was very good..with the furnace ...no complaints at all.... Kacey and Rich was were friendly, professional and competent with the yearly cleaning we had done....I would recommend very highly Charles Heating and Air Conditioning ....

The men, John and Brian, came, covered their feet before coming fully into house, put down tarp, pulled toilet, evaluated problem, fixed it and put things back in order and were gone in an hour AND the work came in under the estimate. Very pleased with result.

Jayson did a thorough job. No complaints.

The employees called ahead of time and came exactly when they said they would. They were extremely professional and very nice. It was Brian and Stan. I either had Brian or Stan once before and he was so efficient that I called Charles again. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Charles again in the future.

WE HAVE BEEN CLUB MEMBERS FOR SEVERAL YEARS AND CHARLES HAS ALWAYS PROVIDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICE PEOPLE WHO SEEM GENUINELY INTERESTED IN SERVICING OUR EQUIPMENT APPROPRIATELY. THIS TIME IT WAS KACEY WHO WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT.

Charles is absolutely the best! I've been doing business with them for almost 40 years and they have never disappointed me. HVAC, plumbing, remodeling all have been excellent.
