Everything went excellent! Dave and Josh were very professional and did an excellent job. They explained everything clearly and completely to me. The system now works great.

Amin (Charles service technician) was very friendly but more important very knowledgeable about my furnace and immediately saw what was wrong and put the flame sensor in a slot closer to the flame so the furnace could fire and stay on. And he cleaned the furnace while he was here and cleaned up after his repairs.

On August 21st 2020 technicians installed a Central AC unit at my home. Everything went very smoothly. Todd and Jeremy showed up on time and explained the process of putting the unit in. After completing the work, the items completed were reviewed and maintenance and operations details were explained to me. A very professional organization.

John & Jim did a wonderful job installing the new Furnace. They were polite, neat, tidy and thorough. They worked efficiently and were done when promised. We chose Charles after having used another company for the past 25 years. When we sought estimates to replace the furnace and A/C, Charles was by far the best price and their reputation is outstanding.

I chose this company because they have been in business for many years in Liverpool, where I have lived for over 40 years. I had my 20+ year old furnace replaced & my 20+ year old air conditioner replaced . I was extremely pleased with the job performance that Rich & Dan provided!! They were professional, detailed, neat & timely. When the job was complete, on the same day, the areas were cleaned up immaculately. They were very courteous and respectful. Their work appears to be highly professional and they were very knowledgeable about their work. Both the furnace & air conditioner are Carrier brand and I trust that these are very good products. The air conditioner is very quiet and is cooling the house beautifully, in this 93 degree day!!!! I am extremely pleased with the work they performed & the quality & price of the job!!!!

Todd and Jim were on time and ready to work. My furnace is in a small attic and I knew the job was going to be a pain. They never complained once and did the job perfect. Great customer service. I have had Charles come yearly to service my furnace and air conditioner. I have the upmost confidences in Charles's tech service. I wasn't disappointed today either when JAYSON came and serviced my furnace. He took the covers off and found coils full of dirt and seeds, he washed and cleaned them and now it running great, thank you Jason. He was on time and greeted me enthusiastically. His sense of humor was enjoyed, also. Thanks again, Charles, for your wonderful service.

As always, we were very impressed by the service of this company. We have an annual plan to service our furnace and air conditioner and it always goes well. They schedule, are efficient, very clean and considerate of our property. We would especially like to highlight Amin who was very friendly and professional. He even came back at 7:00 PM to adjust a minor problem with the air conditioner. We will always use and recommend the Charles Company.

Amazing! The call to Charles Heating was comfortable and the price was very reasonable. The service was very professional too. Rich and Todd came out on a Saturday and they were on time. Todd had come to talk to me about the air conditioner might not fit where it was he had an idea and wanted my advise first. All said and done I was so pleased with Rich and Todd service they made the project so much easier and they cleaned up was good too. Glad to work with them on 6/6/2020. Charles service calls for repairs are very reasonable too. My cost does not cover the rebate but their is a rebate. Thanks again Paula

The installation was quick and professional. John and Jim were very professional and pleasant, sensitive to the co-vid issue and I was very comfortable with them. The final price was exactly what Dan had told me. They cleaned up perfectly and the job took no longer than anticipated. The office folks were professional as well. And my house is quickly cooling in this heat wave! I would definitely recommend Charles.

Our A/C stopped working and we called Charles on the Monday of Memorial Day weekend. A technician came out on Monday to look at it. The A/C unit was rather old, and had been repaired by Charles a few times over the past few years. It was time to have it replaced. Dave came out Wednesday and replaced our Air Conditioning unit. He was very professional and practiced social distancing and wore a face mask. He installed the new unit in about 2 hours and it works great!. He cleaned up the entire work area before he left. We highly recommend Charles for your A/C needs.
