Description of Work: Installed new high efficiency furnace and air conditioner. Also re routed one heat duct.

Description of Work: He checked and cleaned the furnace and air conditioning units. When I made the appt they said that there's roughy a week to 1 1/2 weeks before someone can get there but the receptionist said they could squeeze me in the same week I called. However, when the serviceman got here he was extremely rushed when doing the servicing, almost like he was overbooked for that day! I would have preferred waiting longer for the appt if, when he got there, he would have taken his time. It's common knowledge that if one is rushed the work quality is lower, details are overlooked, &/or mistakes are made! | |

Description of Work: My heat was not working. I called on Monday and was able to get an appt for Tuesday. The fix was very simple and while I appreciate the service, it was very pricey for the repair that was needed but I had no heat & 2 young children so I could not shop around.

Description of Work: Requested service on furnace which was blowing cold air right after blowing hot air. They gave me 2 hr window. Service man arrived 1hr into window. Note this was at the beginning of a heavy snowfall. It took 2 1/2 hrs which included locating and picking up the needed part again in heavy snowfall. It needed a new electronic board. The old was sending mixed signals which was causing it to heat then cool. After replacement the furnace is working properly now. Side effect was decreased utility bill by 40%. My only negative was seeing on the bill that they offer a service which had I known about it an signed up for it I could have saved $250 on the bill. The service tech was prompt (considering the weather), knowledgeable and performed the needed repairs as quickly as could be expected. I would use them again, but first I'm investigating the cost of the maintenance service first.
