BC Cleaning

She had been late and cancelled on several occasions, sometimes at the very last minute. She was scheduled for September 15th and confirmed the night before via e-mail. I cut short a vacation and drove 100 miles home to prepare for her and she never showed up. Later in the day she e-mailed and said she had to pick her daughter up at school and that is why she didn't come. I was angry but tried to reschedule, she never responded to several e-mails and a phone call. Two days later someone is ringing my doorbell claiming Cynthia sent her to clean! I had made other plans since she never confirmed the appointment and sent her away. I e-mailed Cynthia again and told her I was not going to have her work for me again. She tried to apologize and claim it was a misunderstanding so I let her have a 2nd chance and we agreed on a date. One week before the appointment she sent an e-mail confirming the appt. I told her she had the wrong day, it was for next week, she replied and the following week confirmed again. That was yesterday-this morning 10 minutes before her scheduled arrival she cancelled, again! This person is unreliable to say the best, her cleaning was spotty and often unsatisfactory. She arrived late and left early several times. Very unhappy with her services.
