Called up, and didn't even receive a proper greeting. I had to guess the company name's pronunciation. The person answering the phone (no idea who, they didn't identify themselves) only heard that the work was to be done in Laurelton, an area of Queens as far east as Little Neck, but down On the southern end. "Uh, no, we uh, don't go down there" Professionalism at it's worst. Disappointed and disgusted.

Work was done well. Cleaned up nicely and didn't mess up my lawn.

Excellent. Erik called the day prior to confirm the work. He and his crew showed up on time and got to work right away. Erik called and Facetimed throughout the day to check in and update us on their progress while we were at work. They removed hedges on the perimeter of our house that were intertwined with a chain link fence and even removed most of the fence, removed a large tree growing too close to the house, 2 large hedges in front of our house, and other shrubs and small trees throughout the yard in one day. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently they completed the job and couldn't be happier with their work. We priced the job out with 3 companies and Erik had the best rate. Highly recommend!

I used them one time and it was a good experience. He was good. I had no complaints. There wasn't much to do but what he did, he did it well. The price was great. The quality of service was good. I had no problems. He was on time.

Tielis was the only company that followed-up with a price and available times for a tree I wanted to remove in my front yard. Erik was very accommodating in sending me a copy of his license and insurance via text as it was hard to coordinate an in-person meeting due to my work schedule. Tielis arrived at the scheduled time and got the job done.

Erik gave me a rough estimate over the phone based on photos of the trees. Then we scheduled a site meeting where he gave me a more accurate number which was higher then his rough estimate but still lower than another tree removal service. Our trees were huge, and even despite the hot July weather, him and his crew were punctual, professional and got the job done. Highly recommend them!

Erik Tielis was a pleasure to work with. He came on time for the estimate and work visits and even called the day before to confirm. He and his team trimmed a tree that was considerably taller than my house and did an excellent job which surpassed even my expectations. He and his crew were quick and efficient and cleaned up beautifully afterward. I couldn't ask for more.

Erik was very punctual and fair for his initial estimate and subsequent work date which followed a week later. Despite cold and windy morning conditions, his tree crew was able to quickly and safely climb across to remove dead overhanging branches and remove two thorny jujube trees. Everything was removed quickly by his 5 man crew and were careful to rope and prevent any cut branches from falling into my neighbors yard (who was marveling next door at the time). Erik was very candid and personable and easy to talk and discuss problems and solutions. Thank you again. Hope to call on you again very soon, Erik.

Spoke with Eric on Friday and we arranged for the tree removal on either Monday or Tuesday depending on the weather. He texted me on Sunday to confirm and made we aware that the weather might not be good on Monday. The appointment was set for 8 o"clock in the morning. At 7:30 AM on Monday he called because it was raining and rescheduled for 11 AM on Tuesday. At 10:15 on Tuesday he called and said he finished early on his previous job and would it be OK to come a little early. He arrived at 10:30 He was friendly, professional and explained exactly what was going to happen. He was a delight and his crew were diligent, effective and extremely hard workers. When they were finished it looked like there had never been a tree there.

Erik was very friendly, professional and amazing! Erik will work within your budget, just tell him what you need him to do and he will give you suggestions and options. I have a 50 feet old tall tree. All I needed was to trim the branches hanging over my house and garage but at the end he not only trim those branches but also trim the branches hanging over the telephone wires and he removed all the dead branches stuck in the tree. Don't hesitate to call him for his service.

Great - Erik is really friendly and made sure to ask me if I was happy at the end. I wanted the apricot tree pruned a little more and he was happy to do that. He brought five guys and it was done in under 2 hours. Wow.

After leaving details with salesperson was told that someone would call back with appointment. Not a peep 48 hours later. Apparently they don't want new business.

They called before arriving and arrived on time with three workers. they took down two rather tall trees which had been growing for years before we had the house and covering part of the roof. They chopped everything up, removed all the debris and cleaned the area before they left. They did a great job and were professional throughout. I would highly recommend.

I had a 25 year old weeping cherry tree that died this past winter. I called Erik to get an estimate, and he arrived very promptly. His price was very reasonable and his work was impeccable. Other plants were already in bloom surrounding the tree, and they all looked perfect after tree (and stump removal). Erik removed all debris and left my yard looking spotless, and ready for my new tree to be planted. I recommend and would use this company again.

Called on Monday, April 27th to schedule an appointment for an estimate to have a tree removed. Erik answered the phone and we agreed that he would come to give me an estimate the next day after 1:30. Waited at home from 1:00-6:00 and he was a no-show and I did not receive a phone call. I called 2 days later, on Thursday, April 29th and Erik answered the phone. I explained who I was and that we had scheduled an appointment for that past Tuesday and he stated, "oh, I screwed up", not a very professional answer in my opinion. He then asked when I'd like to reschedule, needless to say, I did not want to reschedule.
