+ -1 moreMike & Sergio were able to dig down my basement about less than a foot with under pinning, restructuring the foundation of my (1899 built) home. They were professional, punctual, very knowledgable & extremely efficient. Project began right before the Christmas holiday of 2015, they finished shortly after the new year 2016. These guys also fixed a huge leakage problem coming from side of house into basement; reconstructing eroding brownstone steps, cementing further areas of water exposure & sealing of walls.
Description of Work: Basement ground demolition, under pinning, cemented 1000 square ft. floor, built cement wall for boiler room with fire proof door, replaced side of brownstone steps and sealed, created mini side walk on side of house to stop water from leaking into basement also adding tar

Description of Work: Redid both of my properties which are connested. New stairs for both. Poured over 2000 square feet of sidewalk and driveway. Built a new 3 foot wall dividing my property to my neighbors. Total work took 14 days. Redid both front staurcases.
