Steve was able to install my 3 in 1 Brother inkjet printer easily and eliminate a computer system virus using 3 specialized programs. Steve has served my account for over 10 years and I find him to be very knowledgble and professinal.

Steve Levy made an appointment to come to our house later that day. He arrived at the scheduled time and examined the computer. It needed to be taken to his shop for repair. The next day Steve called to let me know he had replaced the hard drive, reinstalled Windows 10 Professional, and the laptop was working normally. He brought the laptop back to our house later that day at a mutually convenient time. Steve was extremely helpful in providing advice about reinstalling software and so forth. The final price was a little lower than his original estimate. I will certainly contact Pinpoint Computer Services the next time I have a computer problem that I cannot solve myself.

Steve of Pinpoint Computer arrived and saw all the problems i was having with my computer. He did an excellent job in accessing the problems with the computer and when he was done, my computer worked like new, He is most knowledgeable and professional. Additionally the pricing was very reasonable,

Good for me, not so good for the computer. The motherboard was DOA and it wasn't worth replacing, seeing as the computer was four years old. Mr. Levy recommended the purchase of a new computer and pointed me to a good store that sells them; he is not connected with that store.

I contact Steve Levy by phone. He promptly called me back. I explained to him I believe my hard drive was burnt out do to a power surge. He asked me to text him a photo of the back of my PC. Once he received the photo, he told me he believed he had a replacement power supply in stock. He came the next day to attempt to replace it. He came on time and was well prepared for the task. He got the job done quickly and my computer is now 100% functional. Steve Levy is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend him for any computer related job.

They helped transfer data into the server and set everything up for the network. They had to come back one or twice to tweak the system after the initial installation. The price seemed reasonable. Steve is always on call and usually comes the same or next day when we call.

Steve returned my call promptly. Because I am working with Windows 93 and Microsoft 2000, he said that the equipment is too old, and he suggested my best solution would be to purchase a new computer.

My experience with Pinpoint and with Steve Levy has been excellent. If anyone has ever lost files, especially pictures after a computer crash, you can understand how devastating that can be. I called and left a message about my problem. Steve made an appointment to see my home/office setup. He came by, after delays from earlier jobs (he called to tell me he was running late) to work on my HP desktop that was turning on but seamingly not letting windows boot. He changed the power supply and somehow got my video card's HDMI connection to work, which had never worked from day 1. The charge was $175. It was fine for awhile. A few days later, it wouldn't power on at all. This time he changed the video card, which apparently was failing. He only charged me for the part--$75, not for the labor because it probably was the cause of the initial problem. He also showed me ways to speed up my machine. He was very thorough and professional. I would definitely use him again.
