Description of Work: RUN - STAY AWAY I AM NOT SURE OF THE GAMES THESE PEOPLE PLAY BUT I CALLED THIS NUMBER AND ANOTHER PLUMBING COMPANY CAME (NORTHSTAR) UPDATE - AFTER TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO IS DIAL-A-SERVERMAN AND NORTHSTART - I FOUND OUT THEY BOUGHT THE PHONE NUMBER AND ARE USING IT - THEY JUST FORGOT TO TELL ME THEY ARE NOT DIAL-A-SEWER MAN. I called this company on December 20 with an emergency clog. They kept telling me that someone will be over that eveneing. This went on for hours until we finally got a call that nobody will be able to make it until the next day. (Responsiveness and punctiality = F) The next day a person came to my house and removed a toilet and began to snake it out. I commented to him that there was al awful lot of snake going in. He and my neighbor noticed that the snake had come out the vent in the roof. He tried several more times and each time the snake came out the roof and down the side of my building until it hit the lawn. After several times he said he could not snake it out and called someone else. That other person new what he was doing and snakked it out. Everything seemed to be ok and he recommeneded that I snake out the main sewer line and on his reocmmnedation I did. The job went from $49 advertised to $99 when he got here to a final bill of $270. It would not be so bad if they did the job correctly. The first issue was that my toilet was now leaking and creating a flood in the batroom. We had to have a plumber come in and take off the toliet and put it back on. This was not leaking before tehy came and then it was. It was not a big deal and I could have overlooked if they did everything elese correctly. It is now appoximately two weeks later I am standing in my basement with about a quarter inch of raw sewage on the floor. I called the service again and this time Nafreeta (sp?) picked up the phone and I could not understand how she can be so nasty to a customer. I was not angry at anyone - I just wanted this fixed. She was a foul mouthed, big mouthed person who would not let me say a word. At one point I put down the phone and walked away and when I came back she was still yelling at me.. After this I called my credit card company and disputed the charge telling them that this comapony did not do the service they charged me for. This company had the chance to tell their side of the story but did not treat the credit card company nicely either. I was on the call when the credit card company rried calling them. Thank you Nafreeta for treating the credit card company the way you treated me. It made it very easy for the credit card company to tell me my next steps. Keep in mind that they record everything. On the positive side a very nice gentleman from the sewer cleaning company came to my house and noticed several issues in which he fixed the problem. One of which was a block of wood was in the main sewer line. (technically I may not be using the right terminlogy) something the previouse people should have cuaght. He also said that our washing machine and detergent may have caused the problem. The only problem with that is that for most of the time since the instial incident we did not have a wahsing machined. These are brand new. He also mentioned that I need new caps. I do not know what that means but I will call a plumber to look into that.

Description of Work: We paid for regular root removal services, so-called jet spray cleaning, and eventually for a liner for a cracked sewer line.

Description of Work: Called them for a clogged pipe.......came quickly and the guy was great. BUT he cleared the drain, then water wouldn't run off from main. OK, so maybe the main drain was clogged, but then he told me it would be $1200 to clear the main, high pressure water it and use a camera in it to check to make sure there was no damage. Being it was Christmas Eve, I had no choice but to pay the ridiculous amount. They still haven't come back to use the camera yet.

Description of Work: Cleared out my basement pipe. They came soon after I called on a Saturday afternoon. The work was done in about 45 minutes total...HOWEVER...
