+ 0 moreI called L and M due to high recomendations from a friend. It is a small business so I undestood that they didn't have an office presense, but I had to call several time to geet a response. Finally Lou came out and game me an estimate. Their prices were fine, and the quality of work was very good, but they were very hard to contact.
Description of Work: L and M Excavated and built our basement.
