Michael from TQE showed up for an inspection and found some other older termite activity in the basement. His price was better than some other services plus I was very happy that he gave my wife his cell phone number if we had any other questions. We decided to go with TQE and I was very happy with the install. Michael is a true professional who you can trust around your home. Hopefully the termite colony is destroyed soon but I plan on continuing my service contract with TQE for a long time.

The whole was process was very professional and they gave me a sense of confidence that I did not get from other pest control companies. The website gave me enough information to know what I was looking for when trying to find them on my own. I was so glad that they came to my home and gave me the free estimate and I think I will use them to prevent the termites from getting into my house.
Description of Work: We were searching for information about termites and I found their website, www.topqualityexterminating.com and found information about seeing the signs. I was looking around my home and noticed what I thought were tunnels around the house. I called them up and they set up the appointment. The technician came and looked around the house and said that they did not see any tunnels but did notice some past infestation and they gave me a quote that was reasonable.

Description of Work: Referred to this company from my uncle, well before we signed up for an Angie's list account; however I feel that good work should be written up for the community to see. For a fair price, Michael installed an Advance termite baiting system, drilled & injected garage slab, treated exterior soil with poison. There was some existing termite damage especially to one exterior wall of the garage and I believe this treatment has stopped all termite activity. I would not hesitate for a second to use mike or this company again for any termite/pest related needs (hopefully not)

+ -1 moreAs of today August 10th, I do not see any more cicada killers and I have covered up the holes and see no new holes and I am confident that if I call Top Quality they will come and take care of the problem.
Description of Work: The cicada killers came back, but in force this year. I counted about 25 holes in my backyard, with two of them about 3 inches wide. I called Top Quality Exterminating and they came in about 2 days and spayed the holes. They came again a day later to make sure that they got any stragglers and sprayed the holes again. The technician was professional, courteous and made sure that the cicada killers were eliminated. I am very pleased with them and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

+ -1 moreThe wasps came back this year and we called Top Quality Exterminating and they were here in about 2 days and exterminated the wasps immediately.
Description of Work: We live on Long Island and last year we had extremely large wasps infest our yard, we contacted a number of different exterminators on Long Island but it was only Top Quality that came to our home and explained to us what the wasps were, they were cicada killers, the technician gave a free estimate and it was the best price by far. We hired Top Quality and they came during the day to mark the holes and then later that night to put down the pesticide. Top Quality explained to us about the wasps and that they could come back because the eggs are laid in the ground and they incubate and then come out. We were told to contact them when that happens and they will come back. The technician was very thorough and professional. We will continue to use them for all of our pest control needs. They are knowledgeable and they eliminated the problem. By coming regularly they keep it eliminated. I don't have anything to compare their price to because I have not used another company in a long time so I don't know what they are charging. They are very good.
Description of Work: I use Top Quality Exterminating & Pest Control Services for pest control. We have been using them for a few years. We have a contract with them and they come quarterly for maintenance and treatment. They also put some mouse baits.

One of the employees I really didn't care for to much and stopped using them. For the most part they were pretty good but I just didn't want that employee back in my house.

Description of Work: THEY TREATED FOR TERMITES. THEY TRENCHED AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE HOUSE AND INJECTED INSECTICIDE IN THE TRENCH. THEN THEY DRILLED HOLES IN THE SLAB OF TWO ROOMS AND THE GARAGE TO INJECT AS WELL.
